Hostels
A 50 bedded girl’s hostel is available, equipped with all modern facilities. Another proposal for a 200 bedded hostels for girls and boys have been put up to the government.
a) Occupancy
Single and double occupancy rooms are both available. Furniture includes study tables, chairs and cloth racks for each occupant.
b) Rooms in the hostel
There is a common visitor lounge, common kitchen and dining hall, toilets and bathing room.
All together there are 28 rooms in the girl’s hostel building.
The hostel also has a recreational hall which can be used for other activities such as post dinner talk, prayer meetings, quiz competitions which are a part of the hostel activities.
Library
Kohima College can boast of having one of the most well stocked libraries in the capital. There are over 17000 texts and reference books covering all academic subjects. National and international magazines, journals and local and national dailies are subscribed regularly adding to the volume of the library. It is also connected with Inflibnet/Delnet facilities.
The College is also linked to a national educational satellite network with an EDUSAT enabled room for lectures delivered via satellite cum Computer Room with printers, fax machine, and internet facility. The upgraded Library with internet facility remains open from Monday to Saturday from 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.
Day Care Centre
A well equipped day care centre is attached to the college. It has a T.V., CD player & C.D.’s, playing kits, toys, and comfortable sleeping beds.
UGC RESOURCE CENTRE & Computer Lab:
Facilities include
- EDUSAT enabled room for lectures delivered via satellite cum Computer Room with 30 computers, printers, fax machine, and internet facility with NIC as service providers.
- Computer Laboratory attached to the library with internet connection for the benefit of the students.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : Classroom quality is well maintained plus in the library we get various types of books to do research on. Yes the rents are also available but i dont stay in hostel as my house is near to the college
Entrance Exams & Admissions : To enter into the college we give exams where even if you get 1st division in your 12 standard you have to give the exam
Fees & Scholarships : Obviously the scholarships are low but kohima college being one of the government college ask for less money where only good students are mostly taken as we have to give entrance test to get into the college
Academics & Faculty : Yes we get study materials where the faculties after completing their course give materials for every unit .So far the college runs properly

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : There is only one hostel and it was meant for girls only. the hostel fee per month was around 2500. No idea The food wasn't available in college. There was only a canteen. The qualities of the classroom, labs, libraries, Wi-fi were so good.
Entrance Exams & Admissions : The eligibility criteria for admission is that the students seeking admission should at least passed out with second division in Higher secondary school leaving certificate. No entrance examination only direct selection procedure. The typical cutoffs for our course were internal assessments and semester system course.
Placements & Internships : No internships and stipend taken so far. Anything that's taken from college campus should be given back within a stipulated time No idea
Fees & Scholarships : Kohima College, Kohima [BA] Fee Structure. The course fee at Kohima College is Rs. 5,000 to 6,000 per year which increases every year for new students. The scholarship was made available to all the students. No loans needed.
Academics & Faculty : The daily routine starts from 9 and 9.30 to 2-2.30 and 3 pm The quality and methods of teaching is awesome The overall experience in college was the enhancement of our learning and the enlargement of our knowledge.
Clubs & Associations : Students union, eco clubs, tribal unions were some of the associations on the college campus. In my opinion, the main festival on campus is sports. The life in college, in general, was the overall learning experiences and the way of life

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : The quality of classroom is somehow good, but no sufficient labs for students, we have around 15 laps for more than thousand students which are insufficient for us at Kohima College. The libraries are quite good, we don't have dinning halls and WiFi is available for us time to time.
Entrance Exams & Admissions : The eligibility criteria of my course is that any person should get more than 45%if marks in 12th standard. The admission procedure is based on 12th standard mark sheet in Kohima College.
Placements & Internships : Students get stipend their work at Kohima College
Fees & Scholarships : The loan is needed to the students in Kohima College because students come from different placed and different background.
Academics & Faculty : i should say quality and method of teaching is quite good, most faculties are qualified enough in their own field to teach us, we feel comfortable for them
Clubs & Associations : The main festival in Kohima College is freshers day, sports week, cultural day, literary day and social partying.
