Eligibility Criteria for B.A, B.Com and B.C.A.

The eligibility criterion of the BA, B.Com and B.C.A course is mentioned below:

The applicants seeking admission must have passed two year’s intermediate examination or a recognised plus two examination with aggregate of at least 40% aggregate marks. For SC/ST applicants, passing marks are sufficient for getting into the college.

Note: The applicants seeking admission belonging to SC/ST category need passing marks in plus two from recognised board or council to get admission in any of the courses mentioned above.

In the case of admission to BCA course, the applicants seeking admission with Mathematics at the intermediate level will get the first preference.


Eligibility Criteria for M.A and M.Com:

For admissions into the course, the candidate should:

  • Have done Graduation and have a bachelor's degree obtained through the 10+2+3 system or an equivalent qualification of any of the Universities incorporated by an act of the central or state legislature in India.
  • The fees for all the courses vary.

Eligibility Criteria for MBA:

  • Bachelor Degree in any stream from UGC Recognised University
  • Any National Level Common Entrance Examination

Eligibility Criteria for MCA:

  • 10+2 or equivalent examination from Board of Education/CBSE or any other recognised Board.
  • Mathematics is not a compulsory subject in 10+2.
  • Entrance Examination

Eligibility Criteria for B.Sc:

All the aspiring candidates should have passed [10+2] or High School Senior Secondary exam by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) board or any other equivalent examination conducted by any State Board or Equivalent with a minimum 50% marks aggregate with English as a subject. All SC/ST candidates have a relaxation of 5% of marks in the minimum aggregate set as above.

Eligibility Criteria for M.Sc:

All the candidates must have a bachelor's degree obtained through the 10+2+3 system or an equivalent qualification with a minimum aggregate of 50% of marks or equivalent CGPA of any of the recognized universities incorporated by an act of the central or state legislature in India. 

For all the SC/ST candidates a relaxation of 5% of marks on the minimum aggregate is allowed.

Application process for B.A, B.Com, B.C.A, M.A and M.Com:

The applicants seeking admission can follow these simple steps to apply for the above mentioned Under Graduation courses:

  • The applicants seeking admission can apply by filling the application form that is available from the college office on payment of Rs. 200/- for UG courses and Rs. 300/- for PG courses
  • The applicants seeking admission can register themselves to the Under Graduation courses by submitting the registration fee.
  • The applicants seeking admission must upload the following documents along with the filled in application form:

Documents required for the applicants seeking admission who belong to other states:

  1. Qualifying examination Hall ticket Number.
  2. AADHAR Card Number of the candidate applying.
  3. Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking facility to pay your admission fee.
  4. Recent passport size photo. (Scanned photo not more than 100 Kb.).
  5. The applicants seeking admission need a valid mobile number.
  6. Caste Certificate (If applying under any reservation).
  7. Income Certificate (Required if scholarships are claimed).
  8. Sports, NCC, NSS, CAP and PH scanned certificate copies in case of availing admission under a special category.

Application Process for M.C.A, M.B.A:

  • The application process varies for the non-engineering courses as the Institution takes admissions based on the candidate's previous education scores and also through an entrance examination held by the University if required.
  • Candidates will be judged based on these two categories.
  • Candidates are advised to be prepared for the entrance examination and also have knowledge about which entrance test to be given as per the opted curriculum.

Registration/Admission Form Submission Process:

To apply, an applicant must complete the online Registration/Admission Form. There is a common “Registration/Admission Form” for all the courses.
Click on ‘Submit’ button to submit the duly filled Registration/Admission Form.
Once the duly filled Registration/Admission Form is submitted, proceed to submit the Registration/Admission Fee.
Mode of Registration/Admission Fee Payment:

After completing the Registration/Admission Form, the applicant can make payment by any one of following options:

Online (Debit/Credit Card or Net Banking): The applicant after filling the form needs to click on the “submit” button, a box with “SBIepay” for the online payment will appear. The applicant must fill all the details carefully and pay the fee through Debit/Credit Card or Net Banking.
Direct Transfer (NEFT): Applicant needs to login into his/her account through Net Banking and adds institute’s account as a beneficiary. After the activation of a beneficiary account, the applicant may transfer the Registration/Admission Fee directly.


Application Process for B.Sc, M.Sc:

The candidates can either apply for the admission into this institution by directly registering into the home page of the institution or download the E-brochure from our website and you will be getting a call back from us with all the necessary details and important dates to assist you in landing the admission into the institution. 

The candidates may have to attach the report cards and transcripts of the qualified bachelor's degree at the time of registration.

Along with this, the candidates will be asked about their basic personal information like Full name, Date of Birth, the qualifying mark percentile in the 10+2(Class 12th) examination in the respective state educational board or central board for secondary education or its equivalent counterparts.


Admission Process for B.A, B.Com, B.C.A, M.A and M.Com

The applicants seeking admission will be selected based on the marks obtained by that applicant in plus two exams.
The applicants seeking admission will be selected for direct admission provided, the applicants must satisfy the desired eligibility criteria that are mentioned above.

BA/B.Com/B.C.A:

  • The shortlisted candidates are called for counselling on the day of admission.
  • Below are the documents required for admission:
    • 10th and 12th original Mark Sheet with Xerox copy.
    • 10th and 12th original Passing Certificate with Xerox copy
    • Original Migration Certificate and Transfer Certificate 

 M.A/M.Com:

  • The shortlisted candidates are called for counselling on the day of admission.
  • Below are the documents required for admission:
    • 12th Original Mark sheet with Xerox copy.
    • 12th Original Passing Certificate with Xerox copy.
    • F.Y./S.Y./T.Y.(All Semesters)Mark sheets with Xerox copy.
    • Original Migration Certificate and Transfer Certificate.

Admission Process for M.C.A, M.B.A:

  • Stage 1:
    • Filling up of Application form separately.
    • All students seeking admission to must fill-up the prescribed application form, and submit the same to Admission Office.
    • The application pack can be procured in the following ways:
    • Writing to the Admission Office for the required admission form or Fill in the application form online.
  • Stage 2:
    • Appearance in Group Discussion and Personal Interview
    • The dates for the group discussion and interview would be intimated to shortlisted candidates through email and letter.
  • Stage 3:
    • Deposition of the requisite fee
    • The admissions would be final only after the payment of stated fee along with security deposit (as mentioned in the admission offer letter).

Admission Process for B.Sc, M.Sc:

Once the candidates register themselves for the admission process through the above-mentioned process, the college will shortlist the selected candidates based on their merit. 

The candidates can also apply for institutional quota(management quota) in which the institution will allow the unallocated vacant seats by itself.

Once the candidates fill in all the necessary details for the same they'll be asked to submit the same along with a certain minimal nominal fee.

All the candidates have to choose their stream if they've opted for M.Sc. And the seats will be allocated on the basis of merit.
