• Document verification at the designated help centre. 
• After merit declaration, a choice filling will be initiated online. Candidates have to fill the maximum number of choices available to ensure admission.
• After choice filling round, ACPC will allot admission on the basis of merit and choices given by the candidate.
• If the candidate wishes to confirm admission, he needs to pay a token fee through designated bank branches or online payment. Make sure you receive the admission slip online.
• Report at the Institute if he/she is not willing to participate in the next round of admission in order to upgrade his admission.
• He/She has to immediately report to the allotted Institute for registration with Information Letter, Admission Slip, Bank Challan or Online Fee Receipt and photocopies of all documents.

• Candidate for online registration has to log on to the official Gujarat Diploma website.
• For first time registration, click “For Registration to Diploma Courses-ACPDC-2019”.
• Choose a course name from the given options.
• Duly fill up the personal details.
• Make sure the details entered are correct then choose the “I Agree” option.
• Click on “Submit Registration Details” button.
• A One Time Password (OTP) will be generated, which will be sent to your given mobile number. After entering the OTP, User ID / Login ID (User ID is the serial number which is printed on your PIN) will be displayed on the screen.
• After this, the screen will display a button regarding Reservations. Click on Reservation Details.
• Enter reservation details (make sure you have entered the correct details), press submit button. Now candidate must enter the marks details.
• After entering the mark details, Confirm Registration Details. If any corrections are to be made go to the main menu bar and click Registration Details, then press Edit Registration Details button and make the changes.
• Download the Confirmation Page, a PDF file will be generated.
• Take a printout of the Registration Form.
• Give a confirmation at the help centre. For this candidate has to take printouts of the Registration Form (two copies). Self-attested copies of all relevant documents (as per the list mentioned at the bottom of the Registration Form) should be attached with the Registration Form.
• The officer at the Help Centre will verify the Registration Form and photocopies of relevant documents with originals. The officer will retain Registration Form and set of self-attested documents, and issue the Registration Slip with signature and seal to the Candidate.
• It is necessary for candidates to receive Registration Slip, without which the candidate shall not be eligible for further admission process.
• After successful completion of the registration process, provisional merit numbers will be allotted on a stipulated date. Candidates will be able to view provisional merit numbers by selecting the sub-menu, Registration Details, on the menu bar, his registered ID on the official Gujarat Diploma website.

Documents Required

The candidate shall submit the self-attested copies of the following documents along with the print out of the registration form at the Help Center, namely:-

• S.S.C. Examination (Std. X) Mark-sheet
• H.S.C. Examination (Std. XII) Mark-sheet
• GUJCET Mark-sheet
• School Leaving Certificate or Transfer Certificate
• Caste Certificate for a candidate belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST) and Socially and Educationally Backward Classes (SEBC), issued by the authority empowered by the State Government in this behalf
• Non Creamy Layer (NCL) Certificate of the family, valid as per State Government Rules, by the authority empowered by the State Government in this behalf
• Certificate of Physical Disability, issued and duly signed by the Civil Surgeon/ competent Medical Authority, in case the candidate is Physically Handicapped
• Certificate of Ex-Serviceman, duly issued by the Director, Sainik Welfare Board, Gujarat State or by the District Sainik Welfare Officer
• A copy of the Certificate of In-Serviceman duly issued by the Commanding Officer of the respective unit in which he is serving
• A copy of a valid Certificate of Income issued by the authority empowered by the State Government on this behalf
• Photograph of the candidate for other State / other than Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary School Examination Board
• Such other certificates as the Admission Committee deems necessary
• Two Passport-sized Photographs
