MMMUT Infrastructure: Library, Hostel, Labs, Auditorium, Cafeteria & Other Facilities

MMMUT is spread over 354 acres. It is acknowledged for its campus and residential facilities. Some of the highlighting features of the MMMUT infrastructure are given below.

Library: The central library is an open-access facility. Students and employees have free access to books and journals. It has a good selection of books and journals on scientific, technical, and other topics. There are 1,16516 books in total. The MMMUT library is Wi-Fi enabled and offers e-books and e-journals. Students are encouraged to use the library and reading halls to their advantage.

Central Workshop: MMMUT has a workshop to build experimental setups for dissertations and research projects. Along with their regular classes, students participate in Robomania, Junkyard Wars, Eco Kart SAE India, and Supra SAE India, organised by the university robotics club and SAE collegiate club.

IT Resource Centre: MMMUT campus area has an IT resource centre to give students, faculty, and staff a central IT facility under one roof. It manages the college's local area network, covering the whole campus. It is open 24 hours a day and is outfitted with the latest computer networking hardware and software. It has roughly 250 computers that provide continuous high-speed internet connectivity via two leased line connections.

Hostel: The university is a residential institution with seven boys hostels and four girls dorms. The MMMUT hostels are well-equipped, with all basic utilities. Every hostel room has an internet connection available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The essential furnishings are provided to students admitted to the university dorms. According to availability, first-year students are assigned to three or two-seater rooms. Senior students are assigned to double or single seated rooms depending on availability.

Transportation: The university operates four buses for day scholars to commute. It also has one minibus (TATA Winger-AC), one ambulance, and four staff cars.

Canteen: MMMUT campus has a temporary canteen facility. The construction of the new canteen is well underway, and it will be completed and operational soon.

Guest House: The university has a guest house with six well-appointed double-bed rooms. Five of the six rooms have air conditioning. External examiners, special invitees/guests of the university, and student parents can use the guest house facility.

Post Office: A post office (Pin:273010) is located on campus that provides postal services to students, faculty, and staff.

Bank: The State Bank of India has a branch on campus located in the university's administrative block. Students, professors, and staff personnel can access the banking services, including student fee deposits, ATMs, and staff/faculty salaries.

Health Centre: MMMUT facilities include a health centre with medical officers and support staff. The services are offered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Staff and students can use the health centre for free consultations, check-ups, and basic medications. Serious cases are referred to the BRD Medical College, the District Hospital, and other nearby facilities. Students are encouraged to notify their dormitory wardens and medical officers as soon as they become aware of major illnesses or infectious diseases. The health centre's infrastructure and facilities have recently been upgraded.
