Infrastructure :-
Our educational institutions located in a 30 acre campus near perundurai, at about 17 km from Erode Railway Station, has a built up area of over 2 lakh square feet for academic and over 1 lakh square feet for amenities and hostels. The Academic area includes state of the art class-rooms, laboratories, computer centers, library, internet, various student development centers, and seminar halls. Girls hostels are really homes away from the homes.

Campus

The college is situated in the right environment for natural learning, away from the hustle and bustle of city life, at perundurai, Erode main road on SH 96. The spacious and huge building, landscaped courtyards and pathways offer excellent atmosphere for peaceful pursuit of higher studies.

Library

• The Library has 13,351 Volume of books with 2,663 titles. The Library subscribes 45 national and 46 International Journals and 5 Newspapers
• It contains 450 back volumes of journals and 375 CD ROMs.
• The library has an Institutional Membership with several external libraries such as, British Council Library, MALIBNET, MMA Library (Madras Management Association) and Anna University Library
• The DELNET access providing the Staff, Students and Research Scholars

Hostel

The Hostel has more than 200 rooms with a study hall and accommodates about 500 students. A separate dining hall covering 200 m², to accommodate 200 students at a time, is also available in this block.

Medical

• Clinic with the full time doctor and a dispensary with two beds.
• Two vans available for service.
• A medical shop near to college is kept opened till 9.30 p.m.

Canteen

• Canteen is functioning in the campus for the benefit of students & staff. Spacious, airy & trendy cafeteria offers ample scope for students to break free from their arduous schedules and enjoy appetizing food in an extremely casual yet pleasant ambience.
• Quality vegetarian food prepared in a hygienic environment to suit diverse taste buds are provided in the canteen.
• All bakery items such as cakes, breads, cream buns, puffs is available for the whole day. There is a separate counter to provide fresh fruit juices prepared on demand.
• Canteen is open on working days from 7.30am to 5.30pm.

Transport 

Maharaja Engineering College for Women has more than 10 buses which are made available to the students and the faculty members for commuting from various points in the city. All students should make use of the Transport or should stay in the hostel. This facility has made it possible to start the classes in time and thereby helping the academic process. Our bus facilities have enabled us to maintain discipline among students.
