NIEPMD placement drives provide job opportunities for persons with disabilities in reputed companies. The National Institute for Empowerment of Persons with Multiple Disabilities placement cell/ department organises placement training and skill development programs. The institute has successfully provided placement opportunities in companies like Cafe Coffee Day, Dalsey, Hillblom and Lynn Delivery Services. However, the institute is yet to release placement data like the number of students placed, NIEPMD highest package, etc.

NIEPMD Placement Cell

NIEPMD has a placement cell that aims to train and provide placement opportunities for persons with disabilities. The placement has been placing students with multiple disabilities in reputed companies from in and around Chennai. In addition, the NIEPMD placement cell organises various skill development programs to prepare students for final placements. Along with final NIEPMD placements, the placement cell/ department encourages students to pursue entrepreneurship in the field of their interest.
