Ponnaiyah Ramajayam Institute of Science and Technology (PRIST) UG Admission- Eligibility, Fees and Admission Criteria

The eligibility and admission criteria for all the UG programs are different. Candidates must have minimum marks in 10+2 from a recognized board for being eligible. Other details are as follows:

BA	Candidates must have minimum marks in 10+2 from a recognized board with a strong grounding in the particular subject.
B.Sc	Candidates must have minimum marks in 10+2 from a recognized board with a strong grounding in the particular subject.
B.Ed/BA B.Ed	Candidates with at least 45% marks in the Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree with at least two school subjects at the graduation level are eligible for admission. Admission is made either based on marks obtained in the qualifying examination or the university entrance examination. There shall be reservation of seats for SC/ST/OBC, Handicapped, Women, etc. as per the concerned UGC rules.
B.Com	Candidates must have minimum marks in 10+2 from a recognized board.
BCA	Candidates must have minimum marks in 10+2 from a recognized board with Chemistry/ Physics/ Mathematics/ Biology/ Computer Science as compulsory subjects.
BBA	Candidates must have minimum marks in 10+2 from a recognized board.

The eligbility criteria for the postgraduate programs are as follows:

M.Phil	The candidate must have passed in relevant postgraduate degree with 55% of marks (10 + 2 + 3 +2 pattern) or M.Sc. with equivalent subjects.
MCA	Applicants must have done BCA with minimum marks.
M.Ed	Applicants must have a B.Ed in relevant subject.
MA	Candidates must have a B.A. Degree in equivalent subject.
M.Com	Candidates must have a B.Com Degree in equivalent subject.
MBA	Candidates must possess any degree with 50% marks.
