Placements & Internships : I am pursuing BA in Journalism and Mass Communication course from this university. As I asked my seniors who have passed out from this university they got good placements with nice salary packages. The placement record was 90% as there is a different department called DEPRO (Department of External Programs ) which takes care only of placements.  Many companies visit like Google, Infosys, etc. More than 500 companies visit our university every year to provide placements. University also provides internships for students.  Nowadays scope of doing this course is that you will be getting jobs in many fields like Newspapers, Journalism, radio, production houses, and television are enough to fascinate any students towards taking up this course. If one wants name and fame this is the best field.  

Entrance Exams & Admissions : To get admission to Quantum university students have to clear merit. All you need is to check the minimum eligibility requirement for the course which you want to pursue. If you have scored 70% marks in your 12th board then you can directly register yourself through an offline or online process.  Yes, there is an entrance exam called Qcare entrance cum scholarship exam which is conducted online. Basically, this is a second chance to gain more scholarships and preference will be given to one which is higher either in class 12th or in the qcare exam.

Fees & Scholarships : The fee structure of this course is 63,500 for the one year for outside Uttrakhand students and 60,500 for Uttrakhand students. This fee you can pay semester-wise. And hostel fees is different like there are Ac and Non-ac both hostels are available.  Ac hostel fee is One lakh four thousand for the one year and Non Ac hostel fee is eighty-two thousand for the one year. This hostel fee can be paid by the students in two installments. About the scholarship, University has two types of scholarships, one is based on the 12th basis if a student scored 70% in class 12th then only the student will get the scholarship and the other is online qcare entrance cum scholarship exam in which students must score 60% in this exam. Preference will be given to one whichever is higher. 

Academics & Faculty : Quantum University was aslo awarded by Academic Brands Academy Education Excellence award. In addition, it was awarded the Best Private Engineering College in Uttrakhand.  Faculty in Quantum University are PHD Holders. The teachers are masters of their trades they are really helpful and cooperative.  They always motivate and encourage the students to do good deeds. 

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : About the Infrastucture of Quantum University must tell you that Campus area spreads over 30 acres.  In general the infrastructure of the college is quite good and hygienic environment. Our college provides all the facilities like library, WiFi, Labs, and well-structured buildings, great cafeteria for students as well as for teachers, food quality is good. The auditorium with a seating capacity of 550 and central air conditioning.  The hostel of the university has a number of multipurpose rooms. These provide places you can read, study, watch TV and relax. Gym facility is also inside the hostel.  Sports facility is also available for both indoor and outdoor games. 

Clubs & Associations : Clubs act as a mutually supportive community for students who are interested in social services .  It enhances the visibility and appreciation of social services among the student body. The university has a very functional sports club at Quantum, assisted by a Sports Officer.  It helps to learn teamwork at work, coordination among diverse cultural & ethnic groups and mainly infuses discipline and instills the value system in one individual value of time. The activity of the cultural club built confidence in students removes their stage fear, and enhance soft skills in them.
