Infrastructure Facilities at Rani Birla Girls' College, [RBGC] Kolkata:

Canteen:

• Rani Birla Girls' College has a canteen which serves fresh and palatable foods at an affordable rate 

Medical:

• RBGC provides regular medical check-up free of cost for students by a registered medical practitioner
• A lady doctor examines the students and prescribes appropriate diet and medicines if required 
• The college has a sick room where any student who falls sick during college hours can take rest and is given some medicines so that they can recover

Physical Training:

• Rani Birla Girls' College provides regular physical training under a trained physical instructress during college hours

IT Infrastructure:

• RBGC provides internet to the students for ready reference and comprehensive study in their respective subjects, learning various software and IT tools used in business integration, generating excellence by imparting their innovations through multimedia

Laboratory:

• RBGC has a well-organized laboratory in its department of Geography
• It is equipped with survey instruments like dumpy level, prismatic compass, measuring staff, ranging rods, ground pins and many more
• Mapping instruments like planimeter, rotameter, mirror stereoscope and pocket stereoscope are available to meet the requirements of Geography practical classes for the undergraduate honours and general courses.
• It also has a rich collection of topographical maps of India, satellite imageries and aerial photographs
• The laboratory of Rani Birla Girls' College is upgraded regularly and is modernized in line with the new topics introduced in the undergraduate syllabus
• Personal computers have been installed with GIS software with 21st century solutions for each PC for map making
• The lab also has an audio-visual room installed with various instruments like television, tape recorder, overhead projector and LCD projector which can be used by the faculty
