Training :

Training of people is one of the essential requirements for holistic education. Honing the human skills enhances the intrinsic values of the human beings which are so very important for meeting the challenges facing the young students passing out of the institutions imparting higher education. Such honing of skill is done through the process of reiteration of actual performance that needs organized training.

The Training & Placement cell of Sanskriti Group of Institutions recognizes the significance of training in enhancing the knowledge base of the students and increase their employability and accordingly designs the training programmes that includes the mandatory training programme encompassing the following areas: 

• Enhanced capacity to adopt new technologies
• Risk management
• Motivation
• Human values & professional ethics
• Total quality management etc.

Summer training programe is arranged for all students based on specific requirement of different courses. For such training the T&P cell is in constant touch with different ogranisations of the industries to ensure that the right student is placed in the right organization to make sure that such training is meaningful. The duration of such training is generally 6/8 weeks.

Conclaves, Seminars, Workshops, Guest Lectures etc. are also conducted regularly as a part of holistic development of the students.

Placements

The purpose of the placement cell is to ensure that maximum number of students get on-campus placement & the deserving candidates can get a decent platform to start their career. The T&P cell also ensures that the placements are of the right quality.

The T&P cell aims to provide placement of 100% students.

The T&P cell sends invitation letters to the organizations indicating the requirements in terms of numbers, academic records etc. of the students of different courses.

Brief company profile, job profile and details about campus recruitment drive are sent to the T&P cell.

The companies visit the campus for pre-placement talk before the selection processes.

The placement office announces the requirements of the company, asking interested students to submit their resumes, which are then handed over to the company.
