Eligibility criteria for Postgraduate Course

PGDM (Full Time)

• The applicant must have completed graduation with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized University.

• Qualifying entrance tests for admission includes MAT by AIMA, ATMA by AIMS, CMAT by AICTE, XAT by XLRI and CAT by IIMs.

• Candidate should have any one of the following scores:50 % or more CMAT / MAT / XAT / ATMA Or 100 marks or more in CMAT Or 108 marks or more in KMAT (Kerala).

• Age limit is a minimum of 20 years and a maximum of 50 years.

• Candidates appearing for final year degree examination can also apply.

PGDM (Part Time)

• Candidate should be a graduate in any discipline from a recognized University with a minimum aggregate of 50 % marks.

• Candidate should possess a minimum of two years’ work experience.

• Classes for this programme are held only on Sundays and holidays.

• The programme offers Dual specialization with Marketing is made compulsory for all.

General Requirements for Postgraduate Application Process 2024

PGDM (Full time / Part time)

• Students may apply online or offline by downloading and filling the application form by linking on to the website given - SCMS Cochin School of Business for the year 2024.

• The online application process is as follows:

  • Fill in the application form with all the required data.

  • Submit the application form by attaching the below-listed documents:

  • Attested copies of the 10^th and 10+2 - mark sheet along with the passing certificate.

  • Attested copy of Bachelor’s degree and mark sheet.

  • Migration Certificate and Character Certificate.

  • A recent stamp size photograph.

  • CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ GMAT/ ATMA/ KMAT  Admit Card, Fee Receipt and Score Card.

  • Make payment online against the registration fee of INR 1000 and application fee of INR 950 against the prospectus and application form

• The offline application process is as follows:

  • The candidates must download the application form from the official website of the college.

  • Payment of Registration and Application form fee can be made online only via a payment gateway.

  • Fill the application form and attach the aforementioned documents.

  • Submit the application form along with attached documents to:

• The Admissions are taken on the basis of relevant entrance exam marks.

• There will be Group Discussion/ Interview for the candidates after the results.

• Once the candidate clears all the round the main list will be announced for admission and selection is completed.   

• The programme intakes full-time is 180 and part-time is 30 for the year 2024.
