School Of Law (SOL) Campus Facilities

The core value of SOL is to bring together the cultural diversity of the students in the campus. This encourages different approaches to teaching and learning which is innovative and dynamic in the growing academic environment. Following are the infrastructure facilities available at the campus.

State of the art Classrooms 

The classrooms are fitted with air condition systems,  LCD Projectors, OHPs and Sound systems.Tutorial classes are designed to accomadate about 30 to 40 students and the lectures halls can accomadate 200 students. According to a rule enforced by the Bar Council of India, additional classrooms are available with a capacity of accomadating 60 students.

Library

The library is stocked with a huge collection of books available for research and references along with a digital library with access to e-journals and desired study material. SOL has course-wise departmental libraries as well. 

Computer Labs and Language Labs

The campus has a well equipped LAN enabled labs which helps the students to attend video conferences of guest lectures and seminars.

Canteen

The canteen is equipped with an automatic kitchen, necessary modern furniture and four well known hotel chains namely Cafe Coffee Day, Red Chillies, Bikano and Sagar Ratna.

Auditoriums, Seminar Rooms

The seminar rooms and auditoriums are equipped with the latest audio visual equipments which help the students during presentations and discussions. 

Healthcare Facilities

The students at the University have access to medical facilities because of the hospital situated inside the campus itself. The hospitals has all the modern facilities such as General medicine, ICU, Trauma Centre, ECG, X-Ray and laboratory investigations. The students are provided with free OPD services are discounted rates for bed occupancy.

On Campus Residences

Separate Hostels for Boys and Girls with furnished rooms and round the clock power back up are available at the University campus for almost 1200 students. More Hostel residences are planned to be built on campus so as to have at least 50% enrolled students on campus at all times.

Wi-Fi Enabled Campus

The campus has a seamless Wi-Fi network made available to its students inside the campus. This makes it easier for the students to access their study materials or the digital library. 

Moot Court

Moot Court activity is a must in an law school. School Of Law has a dedicated space for Moot Court which is made to look like a real court. The University organizes a yearly competition in the campus called the Anand Swaroop Gupta Memorial National Moot Court Competition in which students from all over the country arrive to participate and innteract with the various retired judges of the country.
