The infrastructure and the teaching faculties of the college consists of Post-Graduate classes in Science, Commerce and Arts, Degree classes in the Faculties of Science, Arts, Law and Commerce, an Arabic College imparting moral education, Advanced Theology, Theological Research and an Intermediate College with teaching facilities in Arts, Science and Commerce. Shia Degree College registration is done both online and offline for admissions 2020, For online registration visit the official website of Shia Degree College. Alternatively, manual registration can be done at the Admission Cell of the college.

Offline Admission Process :-

• The Information Brochure and Offline Admission Application Form can be obtained from the Principal, Office, Shia PG. College, Sitapur Road, Lucknow after cash deposition of Registration Fee.
• The applicants have to submit the hard copy of the duly filled Offline Admission Application Form,alongwith enclosures.
• Following Self Attested Documents should be enclosed with the Offline Admission Application Form for Admission  
• Marksheet/ Certificateof High School Examination
• Marksheet/Certificate Of Intermediate Examination.
•  I/II/III year Marksheet of Graduation (only for applicants seeking admission to LLB./ P.G.courses) 
• For address proof, the applicant has to enclose the photocopy of one following documents (Adhaar card, Voter ID card, Passport. Ration Card, Driving Licence, Electricity Bill, Telephone Bill) 
• Character Certificate From The Head of the institution last attended. 
•  if the applicant does not belong to UP then the applicant should  enclose the Domicile Certificate issued by the District Magistrate of the concerned district.
• Migration Certificate to be submitted by the candidates who have completed Graduation from the University other than Lucknow University. In case of non-availability of the Migration Certificate the candidate shall have to present the same within two weeks from the date of admission failing which the admission will automatically stand cancelled.
• Those applicants who have deposited their Online Registration Fee through Pre-Acknowledgement Payment (PAP) Form, have to enclose the Photo copy & the Depositor Copy.Those who have deposited their Online Registration Fee Through Net Banking for SBI ATM cum/DEBIT CARD,have to enclose the photocopy of the e-Receipt for State Bank Collect Payment.

General Guidelines

• Fee Once Deposited  will not be refunded in any case
• If an Ex: student does not apply for the refund of Caution Money within 60 days after declaration of the result. the same will be forfeited.
• Students are advised to note that a minimum of 75% attendance in theory and practicals (where held) is statutory binding for Arts/ Science/ Commerce stream for allowing them to appear at the examination. Those who fail to put in 75% attendance may not be allowed to appearatthe examination. 
•  Students who fail in any examination can appear at the next examination as Exempted Candidate without attending theory and practical classes according to the rules of the University of Lucknow. This facility is available only once.
• All the students will be issued Identity Cards which they must always keep on their person and produce on demand. It is an important document which must not be Lost. Duplicate Identity Cards are issued on payment of Rs.100/-and applying for the same alongwith copy of FIR.and an affidavit to this effect. 
•  College Uniform is compulsory for Girls students. No girl student shall be allowed to enter the college campus without proper uniform.
• Students are advised to note down the detailed Time-Table from their respective Faculty Offices.
• Holiday notices will be put up on the College Notice-Boards/ Website as and when required.
• The amount of fee payable shall be displayed on the Notice-Boards/ Website and the applicants/ students are required to pay accordingly in the form of Bank-Draft Only at the time of admission.
