College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : There are two hostels for boys and girls separately at Shri S'ad Vidya Mandal Institute of Technology and the hostel fees are Rs. 20,000 per semester which serves a better to the Students living there. PG's depends upon the location and house. The food provided by the stalls in the college is good and the food is very cheap. Classrooms are always clean and hygiene. The labs are provided with well-equipped machines and instruments. The library is well equipped with all books related to engineering and magazines based on current issues and also daily newspapers are available in it. The library is equipped with wifi where students can easily access the internet.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : Shri S'ad Vidya Mandal Institute of Technology (Bharuch) which is a part of Gujarat Technological University is the college for pursuing bachelor's degree. I am a final year student of electrical engineering who cleared 12th std with 69.8% and JEE MAIN(Joint entrance engineering exam) with the score of 21. The eligibility criteria to get admission into electrical branch there was not much more and the last cutoff was about AIR 55000(mine was 39000). According to me, the college has provided the best foundation pillar for each and every Individual who is pursuing their degree in this college. 

Placements & Internships : I have done my internship at NTPC (Jhanor Gandhar gas power project) the stipend was not provided to us due to the company rules. Many companies visit the Shri S'ad Vidya Mandal Institute of Technology campus for placements. The average salary package offered is Rs. 2.5 to 3.8 lakh pa. Only 5 out of 30 get placed on the campus. The alumni network in the campus is good.

Fees & Scholarships : The course fee at Shri S'ad Vidya Mandal Institute of Technology is Rs. 56,000 per year. Scholarships are available for SC/ST and OBC students to help in their curricular. About 10% students get this scholarship facility. No loans are needed but if it is required it can be availed from the AXIS bank.

Academics & Faculty : Class timings at Shri S'ad Vidya Mandal Institute of Technology are from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm. About 2 hours for practical sessions and after 4 pm labs are available for those who are willing to do work on their projects. Exams generally are taken into two parts 1) mid-sem exams 2) university exams. Apart from this practical exam and external Vivas are also being taken. The whole teaching is smart class based. Blackboards are also available for a certain method. Out of box teaching is provided to the students which boost and build their technical basics and provides practicalities in knowledge and real life by practical sessions. Apart from this sports activities are also there which adds an extra to the student's life. Overall experience in college was totally fruitful as an engineering student. 

Clubs & Associations : There is a fresher's party, technical events, sports week, culture fests, and annual functions held in Shri S'ad Vidya Mandal Institute of Technology. Our college was awarded 21 medals in different themes of culture fests at the university level. Apart from there is a seminar based on technical consultant concepts, today's market and getting interview tips are arranged for the students once in months. Life in college is good.
