The Institutes consist of two engineering colleges namely, Silver Oak College of Engineering & Technology (more commonly known as SOCET) established in the year 2009 and Aditya Silver Oak Institute of Technology(ASOIT). The college is affiliated to Gujarat Technological University and approved by AICTE. The selection of the candidates for the 4-year B.Tech programs at SOCET is done through ‘The Admission Committee For Professional Courses’ (ACPC). Admission is through counseling conducted by Admission Committee for Professional Courses based on the rank obtained in JEE Mains and Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET). The fees for B.Tech are as per the college and university norms that are almost INR 78,000 per annum.

Candidates for admission to the first semester of the Master's Degree Programme shall be required to have passed an appropriate Bachelor’s Degree Examination or any other examination of any University as equivalent. The students are selected for the college on the basis of their Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) or Gujrat PGCET score. The fees for M.Tech are as per the college and university norms that are almost INR 90,000 per annum.
