Faculty
The college is privileged to have a band of well experienced and committed Faculties who can impart quality education and provide a healthy academic environment to the students.
Library
The information needs of learners and teachers are served by the college library with computerised catologuing. Facilities are available to do the personal reference work by the students. The library has a collection of books and journals. Book Bank facility is available for deserving students. Internet facility is also provided in the Library.
Science Laboratories
Well equipped Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology Laboratories are housed in spacious, well lit and well ventilated halls.
Computer Laboratory
To keep pace with the modern times, two well-equipped computer laboratories have been set up.
English Language Laboratory
The college has a language laboratory equipped with computers having softwares to train the students in the English language. Lessons on pronunciation and grammar are imparted to the students who enrol for communicative English course and global skills enhancement course.
Commerce Laboratory
A Commerce Laboratory has been set up utilizing the UGC fund for conducting a certificate course in Rural marketing.
Computer Centre with Internet facility
A fully fledged computer centre has been established with internet facility to enable the students to keep in touch with the global information and acquire knowledge.
Computer Aided Learning Package
The students are offered facility to prepare Computer Aided Learning Package which helps them to prepare for seminars, assignments etc.
Remedial coaching
Compulsory remedial coaching is given to slow learners. This scheme is free of cost to the students and is financed by UGC.
Audio-visual rooms
Two audio-visual rooms with Over Head Projectors, Computers, Slide Projector, Film Projector, LCD Projectors, TV, DVD, etc. are available for creating extra interest in students for learning and exposing them to scientific advancement.
Seminar Hall
A new seminar hall equipped with a smart board, an LCD projector, a surround sound system has been set up with a seating capacity of 100 people.
Human Resource Development (HRD) Cell
The College has a well established HRD cell with trained Faculty which trains students to develop necessary skills and competencies that enhance their performance not only in preparing them for employment but also in examinations.
Mentoring System
Trained teachers take care of students with respect to their academic problems and help to overcome them.
S.C. & S.T. Welfare Cell
Special care is taken to give extra training in all academic aspects to SC & ST students keeping their welfare in mind.
Ladies Hostel
A ladies hostel which can accommodate 95 girl students, managed by the Warden and with the Principal as the Chairman of the hostel, is available. The hostel is fully equipped with spacious rooms and facilities for hot water, reading, recreation and relaxation.
Mid-day meal scheme
The College offers free mid-day meals for the economically poor and meritorious students who come to college from distant places.
Medical facility
The college offers medical facilities to students at times of emergency.
Sports and Games
Extensive and well maintained play field for cricket and sports and courts for Basket ball, Kabaddi, Ballbadminton, Throw Ball are available. In-door game facilities like Table Tennis, Carrom etc are also available.
Gymnasium
The multigym houses 8 exercise facilities and is equipped for weight lifting also.
Grievance Redressal Cell
The college has a well organised grievance redressal cell comprising the Correspondent of the college, Principal and a few faculty members to look into the genuine problems of its employees and students to suggest possible remedies.
Training Centre for Learning English (TCLE)
A centre that offers regular spoken English courses, Remedial English classes and training programmes for students, teachers and others, functions on the campus.
Orientation Programme
The students along with their parents are taken through an Orientation programme at the beginning of the academic year by the Principal and the teachers where they are briefed of the expectation of the teachers, the evaluation patterns, examination systems, the facilities available and all the academic requirements.
Moral and Spiritual Camps including Harikatha
Moral and Spiritual Camps including Harikatha are held for the benefit of students to get in touch with our tradition and heritage.
Photocopying Facility
A photocopying facility is available for the students and staff.
