Academics & Faculty : The college begins at 9 am and ends at 2.45 pm (depends on the number of subjects each day and on the professors and assistant professors on leave) Assignments and projects are given in each semester for all the subjects and the examination are not set up by the college, it is set up by the Nagaland University But, the internal marks are given to the students in form of assignments, projects, regularity, internal exams and powerpoint presentations. Note 70 marks for external and 30 marks for internal in art course but in the science course, the sharing of marks is different from that of arts, commerce, and BBA. I would rate the teaching method of our college to 8 out of 10. Using both visual instruments and microphones, the students get better understanding of the subject taught by the professors. Note: there are only five units in each semester for all the subjects. This college has given me everything that I am today. The best college to build up your career and to make memories because this is the best college to do so.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : The criteria for the candidates are 12th pass out with 60% in the subjects and if the candidate is to take subject honours the admission procedure is simple and through a private institution. Since I was a merit student in my 12th exams, I  got my admission directly. The candidates without merit go through an entrance examination (12 courses) and a strict interview with the college principal and assistant professors. The cutoff is 33 % for honours students.

Placements & Internships : It's the best college to build up your careers, not only in the academic field but in others like sports, music etc, professionals from other countries are invited to come to teach the students in the field of sports, music, photography, dance, art etc.

Fees & Scholarships : INR 10050 per year and INR 900 × 3 months (collected in instalments) many scholarships are available depending on the stream and course (science, arts, commerce) 97% of students get the scholarship every year either from the state or from the central. Other students excelling in academic or other fields are given an extra scholarship.
