Campus:

A sprawling campus of about 40 acres has been meticulously planned in number of functional  blocks separated by lush green grass lawns . The campus has been  designed and developed with aesthetic sense in an eco friendly environment.    It has come up as a self-contained academic complex with all the required facilities of infrastructure including L.C.D/O.H.P fitted lecture halls, Tutorial rooms , Drawing hall for Engineering students , separate offices for HODs and faculty members besides the magnificent offices for the Directors of the different colleges. All the classrooms are spacious, airy, well-lit and properly ventilated with modern furniture for students to provide the students a study soothing atmosphere..

All the basic amenities like pure drinking water , medical aid , canteen , electricity , power back up(Power gen-sets) and communication facilities , gymnasium and sports grounds etc. have been provided.

Classes Labs:

fully equipped computer labs having state-of-the-art computing resources providing one-to-one access to students. The dome is ably powered with latest software applications on engineering, medicine, hospitality, architecture and information technology. The computer centre is centrally air-conditioned and is backed up by high caliber UPS to ensure uninterrupted operations.

The computer dome has dedicated broadband Internet connectivity using RF link services for round the clock operations. Moreover, the computer centre is upgraded from time to time to ensure that the facilities remain at par with the latest. The computer centres are geared to provide a specialist environment for the student to accomplish their assigned task.

Library:

An enriched library with latest books, journals, magazines and periodicals is the centre of attraction for students. This fully automated library presently houses more than 50000 latest reference titles on technical, management and related subjects as well as 60 national/international journals helps the students and faculty to keep abreast with the latest developments. The different sections of library have been fully automated through e-institute management system. The online web journal facility is also used to provide access to abstracts and full text versions of major national and international journals in the field of engineering, medicine, hospitality, architecture and information technology. Live video lectures are also delivered by eminent professors from the world-class institutions to students and faculty members.

A well stocked library with more than 50000 latest reference titles on technical, Management and related subject as wall as 60 professional journals (both national & international) help the students and faculty to keep abreast with world wide advancement. Medical Facilities:

SDGI has tie up with a reputed hospital, which is in close proximity to the college. A team of qualified doctors is available to provide regular and intensive medical care to our students. SDGI also offers health insurance policy to its students. An emergency mobile van is also available round the clock to ensure timely healthcare to the resident students.

Work shop:

A workshop on "ENVIRONMENT" was organized at SDGI campus at Dasna, Ghaziabad.The workshop commenced with the offerings of flowers and prayers to Goddess Saraswati by the Executive director of SDGI , Dr Anju Saxena and Mr Vijay Pal Baghel a noted environmentalist, who also chaired the workshop.He shared his knowledge of environment with the participating students of SDGI. He spoke at length about the importance of trees in the environment and their contribution of oxygen to purify the air.

Seminar Hall:

SDGI, deliberate and finalize contemporary themes for seminars and workshops. While deciding these themes, we keep the interest of students and relevance of themes at the forefront. Renowned experts present their research findings in our seminars and workshops for the benefit of audience.

SDGI has been receiving enthusiastic responses from industry and institutions of excellence in seminars and workshops being organized by it.

Hostel & Mess:

SDGI provides the best hostel facilities in campus for girls and boys separately. The well-appointed hostel rooms provide a comfortable stay to provide much-needed break from hectic activities. Hostels have facilities like adequate (hot and cold) water supply, medical aid, electricity backup, security, Internet access and recreational facilities etc. The hostlers coming from different states are also grouped together to develop a culture of sharing and cooperation.
