The college has developed well equipped laboratories/library/seminar/lecture halls etc. in response to changing demands of different curricular areas and other teaching learning resources. The college has a clear cut policy for the enrichment and modernization of resource centre/laboratories.

Lecture Halls:

Swami Dayanand College of Education has more than six spacious and well-ventilated lecture halls. All the halls are facilitated with modern amenities; healthy, comfortable and safe atmosphere has been inculcated, which is perfect to develop the learning skills in the students

Library:

The library and learning resource centre play a crucial role in supporting teaching and learning activities. To inculcate the ability in the students to think distinctly and critically, it is incumbent upon all of us to instill reading habits in them. Reading not only helps to gather novel ideas but also develops effective basic study and writing skills. The knowledge resource centre reflects the teaching and learning commitment of the institute. To this cause college library has been enriched with a trove of books vital for flexibility of mind and Multi-dimensional thinking of students. Swami Dayanand College of Education has built up a very good collection of 6646 books and 21 National and International journals & 06 magazines and periodical. It also subscribes a 06 number of daily newspapers in Hindi/English and Punjabi. Further library is also enriched with latest addition of number of dictionaries, thesaurus and encyclopedias and manuals etc. 

Computer Centre:

In the Internet Age, the computer centre is at the heart of the teaching-learning process. It should comprise of the best and latest technology available, so that students have hands on experience of state-of-the-art systems. The air conditioned computer centre with more than 30 machines of latest configuration and network infrastructure provides a number of services to the students and faculty. We provide extensive global exposure to our students through broad-band internet connection, which is available throughout the day.

Laboratories:

The college owns well equipped Laboratories in response to changing demands of different curricular area and other teaching learning resources. The college has a clear cut policy for the enrichment and modernization of resource centers.

Transport:

Swami Dayanand College of Education arranges bus passes for the students, besides it also has its own fleet of buses for local commuting for those students who opt at the time of admission.

Medical:

A Medical Centre with all facilities and first aid kit to cater for minor injuries and ailments is available in college campus. However in case of emergency student is referred to Govt. Civil Hospital, Bhucho Mandi (Bathinda).

Other Facilities:

Use of mobile phone is strictly prohibited except mobile zone area in the campus. However students can avail the telephone facility free of cost on request from reception area. 

Photocopy

Photocopy facility is available for the students on special request.

Safe Drinking Water

Pure drinking water is the need of students to keep them perfect and healthy. To provide pure drinking water to the students, the college has installed various RO systems and mineral water dispensers for faculty as well as students.

Cafeteria

To cater the faculty and students, the institute has its own cafeteria where all eatables and soft drinks are available at an affordable price.

Power Back-up 

In order to ensure smooth functioning three DG Set of 05, 10 and 70 KWA capacity is installed in the campus.
