Laboratories

Recognizing the important of practical traning.TERI has established state-of-the art computing resources incrporating latest hardware and software.Three fully air conditioned computer labs having 120 intel core i-5 & i-7 systems in all, with high speed networking and all necessary accessories are provided to students.Each lab is under a Lab-incharge and computer programmer to insure that every students receives maximum possible personalized assistance.

Lecture Theatres

The modern lecture-halls of the institue are a delight for students.They are airy, illuminated and adorned with ergonomic seats,white boards and latest audio-visual aids like LDC/Slide projectors,OHPs etc.They are perfect complements to the thought provoking and erudite lectures delivered by the core/visting faculty.Alleviated seating arrangement provides unhindered view while ample hand & leg-room ensures that audience is able to devote full attention to the lecture.

Libraries

The institue has devoted considerable resources on its libaries, realizing the important role they play in grooming potential technocrats.The departmental library is housed in 2000 sq.ft.area and has a fast-growing collection of around 10000 books.The entire library is fully digitalized 2000 titles of most contemporary text and reference books insures that students face no dearth of study material to complement classroom lectures.The library subscribes to around 100 national/International periodicals (Journals and Magazines) of repute besides all leading national news paper in English and Hindi.

The library has vast collection of ease-studies, research-reports,video-cassettes and CD ROMs.There is open-access system whereby and student can access any book o his/her own account.Comfortable reading hall, qualified & cooperative library-staff and strict discipline in the library are perfect allurements for students to spend enough time with books.

The institue has also setup a Disital Library with access to on line study material via broad band connecttion and hosting vast collection of CD ROMs.The students can also access the fully digitalished central Research Library of the college which has vast collection of about one lac books on diverse subjects.it has an immensely rich offering of encyclopedias, dictionaries,journals,magazines and literature.As an added advantage,the library offers Xerox and binding facilities to the students.

FM Radio Station

TERI has the proud privilege of being the first intitute in U.P and the second in India to house a low frequency community FM Radio station commissioned by prasar Bharti,Ministry of information & Broad-Casting, Govt.of India. It has an ultra-modern digital studio for recording and sophisticated transmission equipments for airing live or recorded programes within a radial distance of 40 kms.form the campus.the radio station is managed entirely by the staff of the institue and is potent tool for propagation and dissemination of knowledge to the masses.

Hostels

The institute provides comfortable residential living for boys and girls amidst luch green and serene surroundings.There are separate hotels for boys (200 seated )and girls ( 50 seated),each under the charge of a resident warden who is assisted by host sweepers, gardeners,etc.Strict rules are followed in the hostels for maintaining perfect discipline.

Accommodation is provided on double-occupancy basis for 6000.00 p.a Arefundable security charge of 1000.00 is collected at the time of admission in the hostels.Hostels have comfortable well-furnished rooms with 24 hours water & electricity supply (backup through high-power gensets) and telephone connectioin.

Hygienic and homely food is served in the hostel mess which is managed by the residentals themselves on cooperative basis.Meals for resident students are provided daily except on sundays when only breakfast and late lunch are served.Diet charge are extra and kept within reasonable limits There is a dormitory & common room in each hostel with facilities of watching TV, reading indoor games like table-tennis,carom etc.and outdoor games like cricket,volleyball,badminton etc.
