Infrastructure Facilities at Techno Institute of Higher Studies, [TIHS] Lucknow:

• Campus: The environment offered by Techno helps students and faculty to focus on intellectual and personal growth as a close-knit community. TIHS Infrastructure includes teaching and academic buildings which are designed and continually updated to facilitate learning. The atmosphere offered here emphasises on teamwork, cooperation, and friendly competition

• Library: The library of this institute has been developed as an outstanding learning resource centre. This library has a rich collection of print and digital resources. It is a state-of-the-art learning environment which consists of a dedicated Business and Management related resources. This institute has an extensive collection of physical and digital resources comprising books and e-books, print and e-journals, reference titles, an exhaustive range of databases,  case studies, DVDs/CDs and other materials. Moreover, it is fully automated which that uses the most advanced library management systems. It also offers General readings, In-house journals, Past Examination Papers, Suggested Readings and the Online Library Section.

• Classrooms: The classrooms at the campus are aesthetically designed to enhance the delivery and reception of content delivered during class and facilitate discussions. The lecture hall at this college creates an atmosphere that is conducive to learning and also nurtures the quest for knowledge in the students. Classrooms here has LAN as well as WIFI network connectivity. All the classrooms and conference rooms have fixed projectors and high-end sound systems and video conferencing facilities with swivel cameras. These are acoustically engineered classrooms and Audio-visual aids such as television and video players are also used here.

• All the classrooms have Over-Head Projectors, LCD Projectors, Laptops and Personal Address System with Collar Mike etc which helps in the effective use for faculty and the students. Boardrooms at this institute are equipped with Video Multi Conferencing and Audio Conferencing System integrating advanced audio visual solutions.

• Computer Lab: This institute has established fully air-conditioned, state-of-the-art Computer Lab. This lab is equipped with management related Softwares such as SPSS. Moreover, this lab also has fully wired computer LAN with over 100 PCs equipped with software for creating presentations, word processing, data analysis, image capture and modification, statistical analysis and multimedia activity. It also provides 10 Mbps Internet connection.

• Language Lab: Web Assisted Language Laboratory is available to support students in the language learning process. It is equipped with innovative interactive tools such as digital multimedia control, wireless headsets and microphones.

• Audio Video Lab: 

  • Video Lab: The campus has a modern production studio, equipped with digital cameras with synch and special effects generators. It also has I-Mac, FCP Mac-Pro digital video editing systems and online digital video editing.
  • Audio Studio: This studio is well equipped with requisite facilities for radio news-gathering: professional tape and digital recorders, microphones and other accessories. 

• Auditorium: TIHS has a fully air-conditioned auditorium with state of the art audio, video facilities and seating capacity of 300 students. It has a centre stage for conducting guest lectures, speaker sessions, events and batch-meets with a sitting capacity for the whole batch.

• Conference Hall: The campus has a well furnished, spacious and air-conditioned conference hall. This hall is equipped with audio and video facilities.

• Sports Arena and Gymnasium: This college has a state-of-the-art sporting facility and a strong student base interested in Sports. It also offers a variety of indoor and outdoor sports facilities. Facilities for sports such as cricket, badminton, table tennis, etc are available. Indoor games facilities for chess, carom, scrabble, etc are available. The campus also has a modern gymnasium which is well equipped. It also has a trainer to guide and encourage students.

• Hostel: This campus has exclusive residential facilities for boys and girls with round-the-clock security inside the campus. This hostel offers a vegetarian mess to the residences that serve hygienic food. Breakfast, lunch, evening tea and dinner is served. Rooms at all the hostels have Wi-Fi access. Newspapers and magazines are also available at the hostels. It also offers recreational facilities such as a common room which includes television, gymnasium, and sports facilities. These hostels have single and double occupancy rooms.

• Cafeteria: The cafeteria at the hostel serves students with good quality food at a subsidized price range. It also offers a wide range of snacks and meals. The cafeteria is Wi-Fi enabled. It serves classic Indian food along with Chinese and south Indian flavour combining traditional vegetarian and non- vegetarian cuisines.

• Health Care: This institute has a dedicated medical room with all necessary first aid kits. The medical room has an experienced doctor on call round the clock. This institute also tied up with nearby hospitals for ambulance service in case of emergency.
