The Techno Institute of Management Sciences Lucknow placement offers are provided in four steps- Skill mapping, Aptitude tests, Summer training and Final placements. Placement Process

The Campus Recruitment Program at TIMS Lucknow commences in August. It begins with filling up the Training and Placement Assistance form. The placement cell takes a list of eligible students who can participate in the final placement process. The students are trained in life skills through regular corporate interactions, summer internships, live projects, national/international industrial visits, networking with professional bodies, and mock interview sessions for the final placements. The institute arranges placements for both on-campus and off-campus however the students should be prepared to go to the company's office or selection venue of the company's choice. Pre-placement talks, personality development and preparatory classes and mock interviews are compulsory for all eligible students. The placement cell will notify the students of the recruiting company, and their requirements or job offers through email and on the college notice board. Students can decide to apply to the companies of their choice. After the selection process, students should accept only one job offer after finalizing the number of job offers they receive in the placement drive.
