UPUMS infrastructure is spread over 188 acres of green valley in Etawah, Uttar Pradesh. The campus has the required facilities required for the academic growth and holistic development. UPUMS is equipped with a hostel, librarry, sports facilities, etc. Some highlighting features of the Uttar Pradesh University of Medical Sciences infrastructure are listed below.

Hostel: The UPUMS hostel blocks are separate for boys and girls. The UPUMS Saifai hostels are a home away from home for the students, with all the amenities available. 

Library: UPUMS has a vast database of thousands of books, reference books, various titles, journals and other collections of Medical Science books. National and international journals are subscribed by the UPUMS library, alongside several e-journals as well. UPUMS Saifai uses ProQuest Medical Library as a medical journal resource. 

Laboratories: UPUMS infrastructure includes various functional, departmental laboratories. The labs are equipped with modern amenities and instruments for the research and experiment conducted for educational purposes. 

Transportation Facilities:  Bus routes are available for students connecting significant parts of the city to the UPUMS campus for easy commute.

Auditorium: UPUMS infrastructure offers an auditorium for organising all sorts of events, symposiums, orientation programs, seminars, and guest lectures. The hall is spacious and air-conditioned, with audio-visual aids for interactive sessions and events.

Medical Facilities: UPUMS infrastructure has built a medical centre for injuries and other medical accidents. Trained medical staff or a doctor are always present for first aid and other health checkups for the students, faculty members or other staff members of UPUMS Saifai.
