VIT Vellore B.Tech is a 4-year undergraduate course, and the institute offers 23 different electives in different departments of engineering faculty. A few of these specialisations are Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Fashion Technology, etc. Under the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, a few sub-electives are also offered, like Data Science, Cyber Security, etc.
VIT Vellore B.Tech admission to this course is through VITEEE. For 2024, the VITEEE exam was held between April 19 - 30, 2024. In any situation where VITEEE is not conducted, the institute will consider the JEE Main scores for admission purposes. VITEEE 2024 results are expected to be released on May 3, 2024.

VIT Vellore B.Tech Fees
The VIT University B.Tech courses are divided into two groups namely Group A and Group B. Group A offers B.Tech programs in Biotech, Bioengineering, Chemical Engineering, and Civil Engineering, and Group B includes CSE, Mechanical Engineering, and IT. The total tuition fee for the B.Tech course depends on the group under which it falls. Given below are the total tuition fees for the courses under different groups.

Apart from this, students must also submit a security deposit of INR 3000, once during the admission process.
VIT Vellore B.Tech Eligibility Criteria
As per VIT Vellore B.Tech eligibility criteria, students must have scored an aggregate of 60% in 10+2, with Maths, Physics, Chemistry, and English as their main subjects. Students appearing for their 10+2 exams can also apply; however, they would be required to submit their scorecards of 10+2 at the time of admission.

VIT Vellore B.Tech Admission
Admission to VIT Vellore B.Tech is based on the scores of the computer-based test of VITEEE or JEE Main. Documents Required
At the time of VIT Vellore B.Tech admission, students are required to present a few important documents. The list of these documents is given below:
