Library

College Library offers a rich source of information which is expected to quench the thirst of knowledge of the students and staff. The library, which is located in a spacious hall, houses various books , magazines, periodicals, dailies and journals that touch upon almost all subjects of relevance under the sun. The ambience created in the reading room inspires the students and staff to spend their quality time in updating their knowledge, refreshing their memory and contributing to the culture of quality. The books which number around 7000 are culled from wide ranging subjects of academic interests with nearly 22 current journals and 30 magazines both in English and in Tamil. The students and staff enjoy the benefits of having access to digital library too, which offers a free access to the world of knowledge and information to satisfy their academic demands and needs.

Sports

My hearty welcome and warm wishes to all gathered here. I take this as my privilege to present the 8th annual report of sports and games on this most awaited evening.      

At the outset, I cordially welcome our Chief Guest of today’s function Dr. Thanalakshmi, Director of Physical Education, Dr.Sivanthi Adithanar College of Physical Education, Tiruchendur. Our heart-felt thanks to you Mam for accepting our invitation with great enthusiasm and sincere wishes.

Hostel

‘A Home away from Home’

The college management offers hostel facilities to the interested students in a temporary building at Kayalpatnam. This temporary arrangement is only until the full-fledged hostel building is constructed. The temporary hostel facility provides all that is required for a decent living and safety. The hostel is supervised by a Deputy Warden under the guidance of the Principal. The hostel offers nutritious food including both vegetarian and non-vegetarian stuffs. Mess charges are fixed on the basis of dividing system. The hostel is run by the management on no-profit and no-loss basis. Students who are interested to avail hostel facility are required to submit the filled in application duly signed by the principal.
