Eligibility Criteria for PGDM at Xavier Institute of Management, (XIM) Jabalpur:

• The candidate must have completed Bachelor's degree in any discipline with minimum 3 years of duration recognized by the Association of Indian Universities.
• The candidate must have scored an aggregate of at least 50% marks.
• The candidate must clear the XAT, MAT and ATMA exams.
• The candidate CAT, CMAT or MP MET score of the relevant year are also eligible for admission.

Application Process for PGDM, PGDM-RM at Xavier Institute of Management, (XIM) Jabalpur:

Stepwise instruction for the Application process:

Step 1: The candidate has to visit the college Official website through the link given below.

Step 2: The candidate must click on Download Application Forms from Admissions dropdown.

Step 3: Candidates must download or take a printout of the Application form.

Step 4: Candidates must fill in the application form with the following details.

• The candidate has to fill in his/her personal details.
• The candidate has to fill details about his/her Educational background.
• The candidate has to fill in details about the preferred course, etc.

Step 5: Candidates are requested to check the details entered are correct before submitting the Application form.

Step 6: The Demand Draft for INR 1000 should be drawn in the favour of "XIDAS", payable at Jabalpur.

Step 7: Candidates must send their filled application form along with the DD and photocopy of required documents to the below address by post.

NOTE: A Candidate can also fill the application form online and the processing fee can be paid online.

Admission Process for PGDM, PGDM-RM at Xavier Institute of Management, (XIM) Jabalpur:

• Once the application form is received, the candidates will be notified.
• Candidate must come to the college for counselling at the particular date which will be updated on the official website.
• The short-listed candidates should participate in Group Discussion.
• After the Group Discussion, they had to attend Personal Interview.
• After Personal Interview, English language test will be conducted.
• All these tests also carry merit points that will be taken into account while deciding the capability of a candidate.
• Then the candidate has to deposit Rs. 10,000 within 10 days as non-refundable admission fee, to confirm admission.
• The full fee for Trimester should be paid within 3 weeks after the provisional admission list is announced.
• Only those candidates who paid the non-refundable admission fee and the full fee of the First Trimester will be granted final admission.
• The subsequent Trimester fees have to be paid 15 days in advance before the commencement of respective Trimester.

The following documents are mandatory while submitting the application form:

• Mark sheet (10th, 12th)
• Graduation Certificate and Mark sheet of each semester/year
• Migration Certificate
• Domicile Certificate
• Score Card of qualifying entrance exam.
• Photographs of the candidate and candidate's Guardian
• Certificate of proficiency and achievement
• Caste Certificate
• Provisional / Degree Certificates (if applicable)

NOTE:

• Candidates belonging to SC / ST / Christian minority along with those with relevant work experience, and women candidates from all categories will be given special merit points during the admission process.
• Those who fail to pay the fees within the due date will lose the chance of getting admission.
