Aspirants who have passed their 10th, 12th, Diploma, ITI, Graduation-B.E / B.Tech, B.Sc, BCA, B.Com, BBA. Postgraduate M.Sc, M.Com, MCA, MBA, M.E / M Tech, MBBS, Ph.D., M Phil, CA or any other qualification should check the requirement from the icsil.in website.

For Semi-Skilled Post
Candidates must have completed the 8th Grade + First Aid Course or Hospital Experience of Nursing Orders for > 5 years.
For Unskilled Post
Applicants must have completed the 8th Grade + First Aid Course or Hospital Experience as Nursing Orders for > 2 years.
Data Entry Operator
Entrants must have passed through B.Sc./B.A./B.Com. From a recognized university or institution & Demonstrated knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint. Typing Speed in English should be at least 35 WPM.
Supervisor
More than 10 years of experience working as a Safai Karamchari.
Mason (Unskilled)
More than 2 years of experience working as a mason.
Wireman / Electrician (Skilled)
ITI or experience working as an electrician for more than 8 years.
Head Cooks (Skilled)
Experience working in the hospital kitchen for more than 8 years.
Cook (Semi-Skilled)
Experience working in the hospital kitchen for more than 5 years.
Asst Cook / Steward (Unskilled)
Experience working in the hospital kitchen for more than 2 years.
Driver (Skilled)
Entrants must have at least passed the Matric Permanent Driving License for LMV, preferably for HMV with the First Aid Course.

The candidate’s age limit should be:
- Minimum 18 Years, and
- Maximum 30 Years
ICSIL 2024 Selection Procedure
Prelims Test, Primary Review and Interview will be used as the screening process. Applicants who qualify for the prerequisite exam are eligible for the main test. Those who qualify for the main exam will be eligible to attend the final stage interview. Qualifying applicants will be recruited as per ICSIL during the selection process.
