Nagaland Board of School Education (NBSE) will release the NBSE HSLC application form 2025 on October 2024 (tentative).  Students have to pay Rs 1,350 as a registration fee. Moreover, the NBSE HSLC registration window will remain open till November 2025 (tentative).

Candidates must apply for the NBSE HSLC 2025 application form to appear for the NBSE HSLC examination. Candidates must fill out details such as name, date of birth, father’s name, mother’s name, community, second language, and optional subject (if any).

NBSE HSLC Application Form 2025 Highlights

How to Submit the NBSE HSLC Application Form 2025?

School authorities must download the NBSE HSLC 2025 application form from the official website. Follow the step-by-step procedure given below to get the application form:

• Step 1: Visit the official website of NBSE - nbsenl.edu.in
• Step 2: Click on the "Notification" tab on the left sidebar of the home page.
• Step 3: Look for the "NBSE HSLC Application Form" notification.
• Step 4: Upon seeing the notification, approach your school authority.
• Step 5: Submit all the necessary documents to your school.
• Step 6: Pay the fee and get registered. Keep a copy of the application form for reference purposes.

Documents Required for NBSE HSLC Application Form 2025

Candidates must send scanned copies (jpg, jpeg files) of the following documents, which are required to be uploaded while filling out the NBSE HSLC application form 2025.

1. Recent passport-size color photograph
2. Signature (preferably in black ink)
3. Valid identity proof (Aadhaar card, passport, ration card, etc.)
4. Valid proof of date of birth
5. Valid proof of residence
6. Social category/caste certificate
7. Ex-serviceman certificate (if applicable)
8. Disability certificate (if applicable)

NBSE HSLC Application Form 2025: Details

Students must provide the following information while filling in the Nagaland HSLC application form 2025. Please look into the following table, which explains the description of each detail in the application form:

Category

There will be two options from which candidates need to be selected, whichever is applicable. If a candidate did regular schooling, he/she needs to choose 'Regular' and choose Private.

School name

Candidates need to write their school names correctly.

Candidate's name

Candidates need to write their names in capital letters, and they should also match the names mentioned in their certificates.

Note: Registered names will be used further in all future academic courses.

Guardian details

Candidates need to write their Guardian/Parent's name in Hindi and also in English.

Date of birth

Candidates need to enter their date of birth as registered on their birth certificate issued by the Government of India.

Gender and caste

Candidates need to write their caste, which is applicable and needs to be verified along with the original community certificate issued by the government of Nagaland at the time of admission.

Physically handicapped (PH)

If a candidate is physically challenged, then he/she needs to select an option as Yes or No, and if yes, a candidate needs to specify or verify along with the medical certificate.

Religion

Select the religion to which the candidate belongs.

Email ID and mobile number

Candidates must provide a valid mobile number & email ID which will be used for further communication.

Communication address

Candidates need to write their communication address or permanent address, and the candidate should have an address certificate for proof.

Two identification marks

Candidates need to mention any two identification marks that are visible and permanent. Such as moles, marks, etc.

Signatures of parents and candidates

The applicant's parents need to provide their signature on the form, which states that all the details mentioned above in the application form are true and correct.

Photograph and signature

Candidates are required to paste their recent passport-size photograph in the given box, and the dimension for the photo should be 4.5cm * 3.5cm, write a clean signature that is visible to the authority.
