ACPC Releases Provisional Merit List For BTech Courses: The Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC) declared a provisional merit list for degree engineering courses. Approximately 26,782 students have been included in the provisional merit list for 51,175 seats on which ACPC will conduct admission.
The degree engineering courses have a total of 68,649 seats in various colleges and universities in the state. Out of these, ACPC conducts admission on 95% of seats in government and grant-in-aid colleges. Candidates get 50% of the seats in the self-finance colleges on the basis of class 12 Science and GUJCET results. Also, the SFIs and private universities have got the power to hold admission on the rest of the 50% seats.

Moreover, students are admitted on 5% seats in government and grant-in-aid colleges based on JEE score in All India Rank and quota. Later, officials will declare merit after getting JEE Main (2022) results from the concerned agency. They have said that a total of 28,945 students registered to participate in the online admission process. Out of these, 26,782 students were included in the provisional merit list. Authorities will declare the final merit list on 24 August. Later, they will start the choice filling for the mock admission round from 12 to 21 August.
