Yes, a degree from the Indian Institution of Engineers or I.E.I. is valid for admission to colleges in Canada. According to the official website of IEI, as notified by the Government of India, passing the Sections A & B exam of IEI is equivalent to a degree in engineering in the respective discipline. The central academic organizations accept the qualification.
