IIT Hyderabad accepts candidates on the basis of their valid JEE Advanced scores for B.Tech admission. Therefore, it is mandatory for an applicant to take the JEE Main exam for admission to the B.Tech program. However, admission to non-B.Tech courses offered by the institute is possible without appearing for JEE Main.
