The placements were quite good in NIT Raipur. Most of the reputed companies hire students from branches like Computer science and Information technology. Other branch students who want to go for other fields will also get opportunities for the placements. The average salary till date is around 8-9 lakhs.

The only problem is NIT Raipur is not every student will get the hostel inside the college after the first year. In the first year almost all students will get hostels. But from 2nd year only few students with high CGPA will get hostels as hostel seats are very limited. In that case, one can choose other hostels outside which will cost them around 6000 monthly. The hostel food in the college hostel is good and classrooms, labs, libraries are also good.

Students after completing their 12th class are eligible to take the entrance test. Jee mains is the entrance test through which you will get a chance of admission into NITs. If you clear the entrance test you will get an admission in NIT Raipur based upon your rank.

The daily routine works in the college like class timings, exams, labs , assignments are common things like in other colleges. College will start from 9AM and completes at 5:30. The teachers in the college are highly qualified professionals. They teach very well

My annual income is below 1 lakh. So my tuition fee is 0. However, students whose income is above one lakh need to pay the course fee. Students whose income is above 5 lakhs need to pay around 1.35 lakh yearly. Students with income below one lakh will get most of the scholarships. If someone wants to apply for the loans they will easily get it as an educational loan.

Once you get admission into the college you will find various clubs, committees for sports, dance, singing and for other cultural activities. There are some major fests like aavaratan and eclectika held in the college. College life is very funny and you will enjoy it the most
