Vermamoneshwar's Review on Rungta College of Engineering and Technology, Bhilai

The Rungta College provides 100% placement. The highest salary package was 48 LPA last year. The companies that come for hiring include those of Adani, Amazon, Axis Bank, SBI, Flipkart, etc.

There are hostel facilities provided by the college and the cost is around Rs. 80000 per year. PGs are also there outside the campus, starting at Rs. 1500 per month. And the food is of good quality.

The overall infrastructure of classrooms is good. There are labs and libraries too that are well maintained. WiFi is available.

The admission process is very simple. The college gives direct admission. First, you have to take the PET entrance exam which is a state level engineering course admission exam. Rungts teachers is a also unbelievable and hopefully teachers and there behaviours is also good. I am a b. Tech mechanical student from rungta so if i am talking about mechanical and you find best teachers and you have very serious in your future so i am recommende this college for you.

The class timings are different in summer, winter, and monsoons. Normal timing is 9:40 am to 4:20 pm. 

Most of the faculty members hold a PhD. They teach extremely well and are approachable.

The college gives you a nice experience overall.

The course fee is not very high and thus is affordable. Scholarship options are there which are caste-based. There are loans that can be availed.

The college has a number of clubs and societies. Festivals that are commonly celebrated include Holi and Janmashtami. Yoga Day and Teachers' Day are also celebrated. The college majorly organizes sports activities like cricket, kabaddi, football, chess, carrom, volley ball, and badminton tournaments before the summer vacation.
