Placements and Internships
- No internships and stipend as of now as I am in just 2nd semester.
- Companies like Accenture, TCS, L&T hire only some of the toppers from LTCE,Mumbai.
- Salary is in the range of Rs. 2-4 LPA
- Alumni network is not very good.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
- There are no hostels in the campus.
- Food is very good and cheap. Per meal it costs around Rs.50
- Quality of classrooms, libraries,etc is decent
Academics and Faculty
- My college official timing is 9.30 am to 4.30 pm. Now I am in my second semester. Classes are little bit hectic. We have a lot of assignments. So, there is not much time for self study. I just love the structural programming subject that we have this semester.
- Quality is not very good. Many teachers are not highly qualified. I pay around Rs. 1.4 Lakhs a year which is too high for this quality of education. So, it would be really helpful for me if I get some financial help.
- Overall experience is good. We do have some technical and cultural festivals that are just amazing. Engineering life is really a nice learning curve.
Fees and Scholarships
- Like I said, my course fee is Rs. 1.4 Lakh per year, which keeps on increasing by Rs. 10000 every year. So, next year it will be Rs. 1.5 Lakh and so on.
- There are no scholarship options available for those who belong to the OPEN category like me.
- Those who get scholarships are all those who come under caste category like SC/ST and OBCs. Almost 80% of these students get scholarships.
- Loans are needed to pay these high amounts.
Clubs and Associations
- Classroom societies are very good. It feels nice to be a part of it.
- Main festivals are INCEPTION which is cultural festival and TechZephyr which is the technical festival. These festive days really enjoyable.
- College life is really good, enjoyable and a one-time experience.
