Cameron University was established in 1908. In the year 1908, upon Oklahoma's statehood, a public institution. As a junior college in 1927, the school became known as State Agricultural College. As Cameron College in 1971, it was renamed Cameron University in 1974.
Cameron University was established in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The roots can be traced back to the creation of the state of Oklahoma.
