The University at Buffalo admissions are accepted for the Fall and Spring semesters. Oer 140 undergraduate programs, 55 combined degree programs, 220 master’s degree programs, and 95 doctoral programs through its 13 schools and colleges in the fields of business administration, engineering, law, management, and more. Admissions to UB SUNY are hardly selective with an acceptance rate of 67% and an early acceptance rate of 84.5%.
Applicants willing to study at UB SUNY are required to have scored a minimum GPA of 3.0 on 4.0 which is equivalent to 83%-86%. International students should also demonstrate English language proficiency by submitting an average SAT score of 1209 and a TOEFL score of 80. SAT/ ACT scores are not mandatory as the University at Buffalo is test-optional.
UB SUNY offers 140+ undergraduate programs across numerous disciplines such as engineering, nursing, business administration, etc. Admissions are mainly based on the secondary school academic records and the number of seats available in each class. Completed applications can be submitted through the Common Application or the Coalition Application with an application fee of $50.
