International freshman applicants with a 2.5 GPA in core academic disciplines will be considered strong. To be admitted to the institution, freshmen must pass a required core curriculum of courses during their high school education. To submit applications, both the Common Application and the University Application are used. Graduates must use the Graduate Portal to submit their applications. The following are the essential requirements:

  • 4 English units are required
  • 3 math units are required
  • 3 science units are required
  • 3 social studies units are required
  • 2 advanced electives units
  • 1/2 unit of computer software
  • Copies of the high school transcripts of the student
  • If a student wishes to be considered for a Freshman merit scholarship, he or she must take the SAT or ACT exam.
  • An English proficiency test
  • TOEFL, IELTS, or PTE scores are required for international students
