The University of Tampa admissions are accepted twice a year in the Fall and Spring semesters for international applicants. Students from over 130 countries around the world pursue academic programs at both undergraduate and graduate levels. UT follows a selective admission policy with an acceptance rate of 45%.
International students seeking admission to UT need to provide English proficiency test scores along with meeting the basic admission requirements. Students who need additional English language training prior to entering as full-time degree students at the University of Tampa can enrol themselves in one of several ESL programs.
UT offers a wide range of undergraduate programs in various study areas such as business analytics, law, medicine, business administration, and more. Interested students can apply through the University Application Portal. Undergraduate applications can also be sent through the Common Application, Coalition Application or offline paper application. A non-refundable application fee of $40 is applicable.
Eligibility Criteria for International Students
UT offers around 14 graduate degrees and several majors, minors, pre-professional, and certificates programs in different disciplines such as business information technology, art therapy, chemistry, etc. International students are advised to submit the documents required for graduate admission in multiple steps. Scanned unofficial transcripts should be submitted during admission. Official transcripts should be sent later to the University of Tampa via post or in person before the commencement of classes.

UT gives out the admission decisions via post or email around 3-4 weeks after the successful processing of the application.
