The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the CBSE class 11 Physics deleted syllabus 2025-26 on its official website at cbse.nic.in. The deleted syllabus includes topics such as Newton’s Third Law of Motion, Convection and Radiation, Position-time Graph, Speed, and Velocity. The syllabus has been reduced to ease the difficulty level of the Physics paper and keep only the important topics. Hence, you must remove the deleted syllabus of class 11 CBSE 2025-26 from your study plan.

There are several reasons behind the CBSE class 11 Physics deleted syllabus 2025-26, some of which are mentioned below:

The board rationalised the deleted syllabus of Physics class 11 CBSE 2025-26 to incorporate topics in different subjects under different subjects they belong to.
It will result in a more flexible difficulty level, providing students with an opportunity to score higher marks.
The rationalisation of the syllabus is also aimed at promoting a self-learning culture, cutting down dependency on external sources, such as tutors and peers.
