IIT Kharagpur GATE Cutoff Eligibility Criteria 2025 

Candidates applying for the various courses at IIT Kharagpur institute must have a valid GATE score of the previous three years. The applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree in any science stream or Engineering field with at least 60% marks or must have a CGPA of above 6 out of 10.

It is necessary that the candidates must score the minimum qualifying and cutoff marks for admission to various courses at the institute. For IIT B.Tech graduates, the eligibility criteria are graduation from IITs with a CGPA of 8 and above.
