Kerala University is going to conduct the B.ed admission for the year 2025. The official notification will be released by mid-June 2025.  Candidates interested in teaching can apply for the same on the official website. 

The admissions are made based on a merit list prepared according to the marks of applicants in graduation and post-graduation. The students of Kerala University who have completed their BA/BSc degree under the 10+2+3 scheme are also eligible for B.Ed admissions. 

The minimum marks required in 10+2+3 are 50%.

Kerala University B.Ed Entrance Test 2025

Kerala University does not conduct any entrance exam for admission to the B.ed program. Candidates need to submit their mark sheets for graduate and postgraduate programs, and the merit list will be prepared accordingly. The candidates scoring higher marks will be listed on the merit.

Kerala University B.Ed Admission Eligibility

Candidates must check the eligibility criteria before applying for admission to the B.Ed program. Only the eligible candidates will be allowed to proceed with the admission process. The detailed eligibility criteria for Kerala University B.Ed admission is mentioned below: 

• The candidates must be citizens of India. PIO/OCI candidates will be eligible, but they won't get any reservation advantages.

• Candidates must have passed a BA/BSc degree under the 10+2+3 scheme or 10+2+3+2 pattern from the University of Kerala.

Kerala University B.Ed Application Process 2025

It is important to follow the correct application process to avoid rejection of the application. The application process includes various steps, and if the candidate fails to qualify for any step, they will be disqualified and won't be able to proceed further: 

1. Candidates must visit the official website and press the "Click Here for Registration" option. Fill in the basic details in the space provided in the form, such as Name, Email ID, Mobile Number, etc. Candidates will get a unique application number and password. 
2. Candidates must log in to the official dashboard using the login credentials and required details, including Date of Birth, Cast, Domicile, Phone Number, etc. 
3. Enter the academic details such as University, Degree program, Specialisation, Passing year, and marks.  
4. Click on the "Add Option" button and choose the desired college. Candidates can fill up to 20 options. 
5. Pay the application fees by pressing the "Pay online" option. Payments can be made using net banking/ Credit or debit cards. 
6. Upload the photo and signature as per the guidelines mentioned in the form. 
7. Preview the application form and press the "Preview and verify completed application" option. 
8. Please print out the application form and save it for future reference.

Kerala University B.Ed Admission Process 2025

The admission process at Kerala University for B.ed admission starts with the official notification released on the website. The university invites the applicants to fill out the form and select the most deserving candidates. 

1. The applicant must fill out the form carefully and submit all the necessary documents. After the payment of application fees, candidates must submit the form and wait for the merit list. 
2. On the date declared by the university, a merit list will be available on the website. 
3. The candidates listed in the merit list will be invited for counselling, and they must bring their original documents for verification. 
4. After the verification, candidates will be allotted the colleges. If the candidates are satisfied with the allotted college, they must visit the college and pay the admission fees. 
5. Unsatisfied candidates must wait for the second merit list.

Kerala University B.Ed merit list 2025 will contain the names of the candidates with higher marks in their UG/PG courses. The candidates listed in the merit will be allowed to proceed with the admission process. 

In case two or more candidates have the same marks in their qualifying exams, their age will be considered as the selection criteria.
