Bihar OFSS Intermediate (11th) 2nd merit list will be released in September 2023 (tentative). The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has an online system called Online Facilitation System for Students (OFSS) that would allow students to enrol in Intermediate classes. Step 3: Select the option "If you have passed matric class from the same school " or "You have passed matric class from another school".
Step 4: Then choose the district from the drop-down menu.
Step 5: Now, a list of all schools with all category cut-offs and names of admitted students will be displayed on the screen.

Step 1: Go to the official website of OFSS ofssbihar.in
Step 2: Click on the "Common Application form for Intermediate Admission 2023" link.
Step 3: Go through the instructions on the page, and click on the checkbox at the end of the page. Then click on "Click here to fill out your application."
Step 4: Carefully fill up the details in the form.
Step 5: Upload your passport-sized photograph.
Step 6: Select your choice of schools/colleges. You can select a maximum of 20 colleges and a minimum of 5. Select the district from the drop-down menu, select the school/college from another drop-down menu, select the stream, and finally click on submit.
Step 7: Recheck all the details before confirming the submission.
Step 8: The final step is to make a 350/-, through net banking, credit card, debit card, or e-challan.

Bihar OFSS Intermediate (11th) Selection Process
The Online Facilitation System for Students (OFSS) is an online portal administered by the Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB).
- BSEB is responsible for allowing students admission to Intermediate courses of Arts/Science/Commerce/Agriculture in schools and colleges affiliated with the Bihar School Examination Board.
- This e-portal was started in 2018 to ease the admission process for students who had to travel to various colleges to apply for the OFSS intermediate courses.
- They can now submit their application to a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 20 schools/colleges with a one-time fee payment.
- The selection for Bihar OFSS Intermediate (11th) 2023 will be based on merit, with three merit lists based on the class 10th mark.
- If a student finds their name in the 1st merit list, they must select the preferred college among the first few colleges.
- Students should choose the most favoured colleges first and the least favoured colleges last from the drop list.
