Bihar OFSS Intermediate (11th) Admission 2023 - 2nd Merit List

Bihar OFSS Intermediate (11th) 2nd merit list will be released in September 2023 (tentative). The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has an online system called Online Facilitation System for Students (OFSS) that would allow students to enrol in Intermediate classes. BSEB often extends Bihar OFSS Intermediate admission in case students fail to submit their applications on time.

The first list of students shortlisted based on merit will be released in August 2023 (tentative). Therefore, students must apply online for admission before the deadline mentioned by BSEB.

Students whose names have not been listed in the higher-ranking colleges can apply for vacant seats. These students must confirm their Bihar OFSS Intermediate admission into that college by registering themselves. They will not be considered eligible for Bihar OFSS Intermediate admission if they cannot do so. If the form has been filled, but the fee has not been deposited, the interested candidate must deposit the fee with late charges via online or bank challan.

Step 1: Go to the official website of OFSS ofssbihar.in

Step 2: Choose whether you want to check the first, second or third merit list on the homepage of the website.

Step 3: Select the option "If you have passed matric class from the same school " or "You have passed matric class from another school".

Step 4: Then choose the district from the drop-down menu.

Step 5: Now, a list of all schools with all category cut-offs and names of admitted students will be displayed on the screen.

Step 6: Students can check their names on the list and go for Bihar OFSS Intermediate admissions.

How to Apply for OFSS? 

Students can follow the below-mentioned steps to apply for Bihar OFSS Intermediate Admission 2023.

Step 1: Go to the official website of OFSS ofssbihar.in

Step 2: Click on the "Common Application form for Intermediate Admission 2023" link.

Step 3: Go through the instructions on the page, and click on the checkbox at the end of the page. Then click on "Click here to fill out your application."

Step 4: Carefully fill up the details in the form.

Step 5: Upload your passport-sized photograph.

Step 6: Select your choice of schools/colleges. You can select a maximum of 20 colleges and a minimum of 5. Select the district from the drop-down menu, select the school/college from another drop-down menu, select the stream, and finally click on submit.

Step 7: Recheck all the details before confirming the submission.

Step 8: The final step is to make a 350/-, through net banking, credit card, debit card, or e-challan.

Bihar OFSS Intermediate (11th) Selection Process

The Online Facilitation System for Students (OFSS) is an online portal administered by the Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB).

• BSEB is responsible for allowing students admission to Intermediate courses of Arts/Science/Commerce/Agriculture in schools and colleges affiliated with the Bihar School Examination Board.
• This e-portal was started in 2018 to ease the admission process for students who had to travel to various colleges to apply for the OFSS intermediate courses.
• They can now submit their application to a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 20 schools/colleges with a one-time fee payment.
• The selection for Bihar OFSS Intermediate (11th) 2023 will be based on merit, with three merit lists based on the class 10th mark.
• If a student finds their name in the 1st merit list, they must select the preferred college among the first few colleges.
• Students should choose the most favoured colleges first and the least favoured colleges last from the drop list.

The app works on Android smartphones and only applies to see the application status and not fill out the application form.
