Application Process for DSSSB Recruitment
Likewise, candidates can apply for the DSSSB recruitment process online, after reading the prescribed eligibility criteria for the concerned post. Also, the vacancy details for each post will be available online.
DSSSB application fee for General and OBC categories is INR 100. SC/ST/PwD/Ex-servicemen/ and Women have been exempted from paying the application fee.

Steps to Complete Application Form for DSSSB Recruitment
Moreover, interested and eligible candidates can refer to the below instructions to apply for their choice of post for DSSSB recruitment. Suitable candidates will later appear for the written exam, which takes place over two tiers. In the end, authorities will select candidates for the document authentication round.
- Firstly, candidates must go to the official website.
- Now, they must click on “Vacancy Advertised” from the homepage.
- Further, aspirants must select the “Current Vacancies” option and click on the relevant advertisement.
- Next, candidates have to click on the “Apply Now” link and begin with the registration process.
- Lastly, candidates must fill out the form, pay the application fee and submit the form.

Selection Process for DSSSB Recruitment
Finally, DSSSB authorities will select candidates based on their performance on tier I written exam and merit list. Candidates will be tested on subjects such as General Awareness, English Language and Comprehension, Reasoning Ability, Numerical Ability and Hindi Language and Comprehension. The written exam will include 200 questions, of 1 mark each.
Next, authorities will conduct the tier II exam, where the subjects will mostly remain the same as tier I. Additionally, students must prepare on topics like History, Culture, Demography, Geography and Economy of Delhi, Administrative facilities and Governance in Delhi. Moreover, information on previous year's question papers will also be available on the portal for candidates appearing for the written exam. DSSSB will mark candidates' marks on 200 for 200 questions. However, candidates must note that the 3-hour tier II exam will have a negative marking of 0.25 marks for every incorrect answer.
Further, shortlisted candidates will appear for the document verification process with all the mandatory documents. Upon selection, DSSSB recruits will get a salary ranging from INR 44,900 to INR 1,42,000.
Importantly, authorities will only accept applications from candidates within 30 years of age. However, it might differ from post to post.
