• (b) The Ilbert Bill Controversy, Raja Ram Mohan Roy, and Jyotiba Phule's contributions to socio-religious reform movements, as well as the role of the press, are factors contributing to the growth of nationalism.
• (c) The Early Nationalists' techniques of resistance throughout the First Phase of the Indian National Movement (1885–1907): Second Indian National Movement (1905–1916), The Muslim League's founding year, first meeting, and president's name, The Muslim League's objectives, Brief mention of the significance of the Lucknow Pact-1916.

2) Mass Phase of the National Movement (1915-1947)

• (a) Mahatma Gandhi's Non-Cooperation Movement: causes (Jallianwala Bagh Tragedy, Rowlatt Act, Khilafat Movement), programme and suspension
  Chauri Chaura incident, and impact of the Movement; the Civil Disobedience Movement: causes (reaction to the Simon Commission, Poorna Swaraj, Declaration at the Lahore Session of 1929), Dandi March, programme and impact of the Movement, Gandhi-Irwin Pact
• (b) Subhas Chandra Bose's contributions, Forward Bloc (objectives), and INA (founder's name, goals, and any two accomplishments).
• (c) The Indian Independence Act of 1947 (only the terms), as well as the Mountbatten Plan's clauses and approval.

3) The Contemporary World
