Kendriya Vidyalaya Fee Payment Dates 2022-23
Candidates must be punctual in depositing their fees on the first 15 days of the designated month. Otherwise, they will be charged a late fee if the fee is deposited after the 15th. What is the Mode of Payment for Kendriya Vidyalaya Fees?
Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan accepts fees via online and offline mode.
Online Mode of Payment- Students can deposit their fees by visiting the official website or through the Union Bank of India. Parents can use a Union Fee Pay service to pay through debit/credit card, net banking, or PoS. Students can make fee payments through the bank's mobile banking application for a more comfortable and safer process.
Offline Mode of Payment- Parents can make payments through a system-generated fee challenge on the Union Bank website. Standard methods like cheque and cash, which students can deposit in any Union Bank of India.
How to Pay Kendriya Vidyalaya Fees Online?

Step 1: Visit the official website: kvsangathan.nic.in
Step 2: Click on the "Academics" section on the homepage. Then, click on "UBI Fee Collection."
Step 3: It will redirect you to a new page. Click on "Click Here for Online Payment."
Step 4: A new window will open. Enter your 15 digits Unique ID, Date of Birth, and captcha. Click on "Login".
Step 5: A new page will open. Enter your "Mobile Number" and "Email ID".
Step 6: Click on "Pay Now".
How to Generate Challan Fee Form for Offline Payment?
If the preferred payment option is offline, then before visiting the Kendriya institution, one needs to generate a challan fee form without which no cash payment is accepted.
Here are the steps to generate the challan fee form:
Step 1: Visit this website: kvsangathan.nic.in
Step 2: Click at UBI Fee collection
Step 3: Click on “Click Here for Generate Challan and Print Receipt.
Step 4: Enter the 15 digits unique student code, date of birth of the student, and the captcha that appears.
Step 5: The details of the students will appear on the new window - Click on the generate challan option.
Step 6: Download the fee challan and receipt and download the same.
Step 7: For payment at the bank’s branch, use this challan and the bank will keep a copy of it.
Step 8: The same challan fee receipt must be given by the student to their class teacher on the first day.
