NAAC gives GLA University Grade A

GLA University gets Grade "A" from NAAC

An autonomous body, NAAC, was established bu the Universities Grants Commission to assess and grade the various institutes of higher education in the country.

The NAAC team visited the university from 20th-22nd Feb and assigned credits to the university on various criteria such as the classrooms, teaching, learning, consultancy, research, infrastructure and means, methods of learning, management, governance etc.

GLA University is one of the best universities in UP. It was accredited grade "A" which will motivate the students, as well as the faculty and management to perform better. This will also bring the university the recognition and good name that it deserves.

The Chancellor of the university, Narayan Das, gave the following statement after the NAAC team gave them their e evaluation," NAAC never compromises on their evaluation standards and this recognition will inspire our team to aim for better performance in future. I am really proud and congratulate all my fellow members and motivate them to keep going as a strong team, like we have been for over 19 years now. It will open up several interesting possibilities for future growth of the University such as planning for additional campus across North India and expanding our Mathura campus"

This result declared by the NAAC team on 28th March 2017 will be valid for 5 years.
