Mistakes to Avoid on NCHMCT JEE 2024

The NCHMCT JEE 2024 exam is conducted every year by the National Testing Agency (NTA) to identify suitable candidates for admission into the hospitality sector courses. The exam will be conducted for 3 hours in computer-based mode.

 Candidates need to avoid common mistakes in the NCHMCT JEE 2024 exam to perform better in the exams and to avoid any unnecessary last-minute confusion. Here is a reminder for candidates appearing for NCHMCT JEE to prevent mistakes on the exam day:

Arriving Late to the Exam Center: Candidates must plan their day well ahead of time and should report to the exam centre at least one hour before the exam starts. This will help the candidates avoid any last-minute unexpected changes or challenges such as traffic, weather changes, etc.

• Candidates must maintain a safe distance of at least 6 feet from each other 
• The mask must be worn properly at all times
• Should avoid crowding outside the exam centre while entering the exam centre or while frisking
• Must adhere to the exam centre guidelines as per the notifications by NTA
• Candidates must carry a Self Declaration downloaded from NTA along with their admit card to the NCHMCT JEE exam centre 
• Must carry hand sanitiser to be used as and when required
• Candidates can carry a personal transparent water bottle.

Not carrying NCHM JEE 2024 Admit Card: Candidates must carry the admit card, their valid identity proof, and a photograph to the NCHMCT JEE 2024 exam centre. Listed below are the important documents and items required for the NCHMCT JEE exam:

• NCHMCT JEE 2024 Admit Card (a clear printout on A4
• size paper) duly filled in.
• Scribe approval letter for SAP/ PWD candidates as issued by NTA
• Valid Identity Proof with Photograph (Voter ID, Aadhar Card, Passport, Driving Licence, etc)
• COVID Self Declaration Form
• Simple Transparent Ball Point Pen
• Two Additional Photographs to be pasted on the attendance sheet

Carrying Electronic Devices or Books: Candidates appearing for NCHTMCT JEE 2024 exam must avoid carrying items such as mobile phones, laptops, books, bags, ear plugs, study materials, etc inside the examination hall as the exam centre will not be responsible for the safekeeping of the materials or items carried by the candidates.

NCHMCT JEE 2024 Exam Day Tips

The NCHMCT JEE 2024 exam lasts three hours with 200 objective-type multiple-choice questions. Candidates appearing for the NCHMCT JEE 2024 exam can follow the steps mentioned below to make the most of their preparation and to score better marks.

NCHM JEE 2024 Exam Day Guidelines

The NCHMCT JEE 2024 exam will be held in online mode as a computer-based exam and the admit card for the same has been released on April 30, 2024. 

The exam will be conducted in more than 75 cities in India for admission into Hotel Management courses. The NCHMCT JEE 2024 exam timing is from 9.00 am to 12.00 pm as per the notification released by NTA.

• Candidates should carry all the important documents such as the admit card, identity proof, photograph, self declaration printed and filled according to the NCHMCT JEE 2024 exam center.
• Candidates must report to the examination centre at least one hour before the examination.
• Avoid carrying things such as books, mobile phones, laptops, any kind of electronic devices, calculator, etc to the examination
• Wear comfortable and modest clothes that will not cause any discomfort during the examination. There is no specific dress code for appearing in the NCHM JEE 2024 exam
