NID DAT M.Des Prelims Result 2026 is available at admission.nid.edu. The NID DAT Prelims result was out on February 12, 2026. The rechecking window was closed on February 14, 2026. The NID DAT Prelims results for the B.Des programme will be released on April 7, 2026, at 4 PM. From April 7 to 8, 2026, the rechecking window will be open at 4 p.m.
NID DAT 2026 exams were held on December 21, 2025, for B.Des and M.Des. The dates for the Main Exam will be announced soon. NID has not released the dates for the B.Des and M.Des Main Exams. Candidates who pass the NID DAT Prelims Exam will be eligible to take the Mains Exam. The NID Stage 2 exam will take place following the announcement of the NID DAT Prelims Result. NID DAT Exam Admit Card 2026
The NID DAT Admit Card 2026 for Prelims for B.Des and M.Des is available on the official website on December 11, 2025. The NID DAT Mains Admit Card for B.Des is expected to be released in the second week of April 2026, and for M.Des in the last week of February 2026. The admit card will be available online, with no paper copies being given to candidates.
NID DAT Exam Result 2026
The National Institute of Design revealed the NID DAT Prelims 2026 results for the M.Des programme on Feb 12, 2026. For both undergraduate and graduate programs, the rechecking window will open at 6 p.m. The NID DAT Exam Prelims 2026 Result is only available at the official admissions website, admissions.nid.edu. To view the DAT Prelims results, log in to the result portal with your email address and date of birth.
NID DAT 2026 Mains Results for B.Des are expected to be released in the third week of May 2026. Along with the results, the NID rechecking window and campus preference window will open in the third week of May, 2026. NID B.Des program results will be revealed on April 7, 2026.

NID DAT Conselling 2026
The National Institute of Design is slated to begin the NID B.Des Seat Allotment Rounds in the last week of May 2026 for the B.Des Programme and in the first week of May 2026 for the M.Des Programme. NID Counselling is conducted in rounds. There may be two or three rounds of seat allocation. NID Counselling 2026 will begin once the NID DAT Mains 2026 Result for B.Des and M.Des has been declared.
