The authorities have released the XLRI Shortlist 2024 dates. The XLRI interview's shortlist will begin in the third week of January 2024. The Interviews will be conducted from February to March 2024.

XLRI shortlist 2024 dates have been released by Xavier School of Management (XLRI) for PGDM Business Management (BM), PGDM (Human Resource Management (HRM) and PGDM General Management Program (GMP). For the interview round, through XAT or GMAT, all candidates will be are required to choose a city within a specified time by submitting an application form in an online mode. The form can be accessed by the students on the official portal of XLRI.
XLRI Shortlist 2024 Dates
XLRI shortlisted candidates based on the cutoff for XAT and GMAT. The cutoff for the exams are set by the institution based on the difficulty level, the total number of applicants registered and the total of seats. Check out the important dates in the table given below:

XLRI Shortlist 2024 Application Form Process
All the shortlisted candidates are required to fill the Shortlist Application Form to proceed with the further selection process. Following is the procedure to fill XLRI shortlist 2024 Form.
- Visit the official portal of XLRI.
- In the Important Information, press the link “BM/HRM/GMP Shortlist”.
- Enter the programme name and XAT ID.
- Now click on Submit for filling the Personal Interview (PI) slot booking application form.
To check the XLRI shortlist 2024 result, the students are advised to follow the same process as mentioned above. The shortlisted candidates for all the courses must book different slots of interview for each of the courses. The change in the slot booking is not permitted, so candidates must fill the form carefully.
Selection Process of XLRI 2024
After shortlisting the candidates, the next process is GD/PI (Group discussion and Personal interview). The date of the GD/PI round will be shared with all shortlisted students via email. Below we have explained the process of GD/PI and how it is being conducted.
Group Discussion (GD) Process
- In the group discussion round, a total of 6-8 people are grouped in batches.
- They are given certain topics to discuss. Two minutes of time is given to think and write down relative points.
- The discussion then starts between the grouped candidates.
- The panel scores the students on the basis of how the candidates are speaking, what relevant points each one is discussing, clarification of thoughts, and the candidates' body language.
Personal Interview (PI) Process
After the group discussion, the students are being taken for the personal interview round. This round is one on one communication between the panels and candidates. The shortlisting candidates are majorly judged on the basis of their communication skill, decision-making ability, potential to hold pressure situations etc.
