The application form has to be filled by the applicant in their handwriting in Block Letters.
A duly filled application form has to be submitted along with the following documents and certificate:
10th mark sheets.
12th mark sheets.
Caste certificate.
Migration certificate.
Nationality certificate.
Fitness certificate.
Entrance examination score card.
The admission process is based on the score obtained by the candidate in their entrance examination. The shortlisted candidates are therefore called for an interview.
The candidates who are selected for the admission are required to undergo a medical fitness test conducted by the university
M.Sc in Medical Biochemistry/ Medical Microbiology/ Biotechnology/ Anatomy/ Physiology/ Pharmacology
The candidate should have qualified in MBBS/ BDS/ B.VSc/ BAMS/ BHMS/ B.Sc Nursing/ BPT/ B.Pharm/ B.Sc Medical [Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry]/ B.Sc [MLT] Examinations from recognized university/institution with minimum 50% marks for general category and 40% marks for candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste and Backward Classes and 45% marks for Physically Handicapped candidates.
Or B.Sc in life sciences examinations from recognized university/institution with minimum 50% marks for general category and 40% marks for candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste and Backward Classes and 45% marks for Physically Handicapped candidates.
M.Sc Nursing:
The candidate should be a Registered Nurse and Midwife or equivalent with any State Nursing Registration Council.
The Minimum education requirements shall be the passing of B.Sc / B.Sc Hons / Post Basic B.Sc with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks.
They must pass a minimum of one year of work experience after Basic B.Sc.[Nursing] and one year of work experience prior after Post Basic B.Sc. [Nursing].
Masters In Laboratory Technology:
The students who have passed Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Technology from an approved Board/ University with a minimum of 40/% marks (35 % for SC) shall be eligible for admission.
M.Sc. in Medical Biochemistry/ Medical Microbiology/ Biotechnology/ Anatomy/ Physiology/ Pharmacology
Candidates for M.Sc. programme shall be selected strictly by their Academic Merit the cumulative performance of the students in their graduation examination shall form the basis of their merit.
The applicant must have completed 10+2 class or equivalent course with Chemistry and Physics as obligatory subjects with Mathematics/ Biology from a recognized University.
Those who passed Diploma in Pharmacy (D. Pharm.) programme can also apply provided the institution from which they took the degree should be recognized under section 12 of the Pharmacy Act laid down by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI).
Candidates who have passed (10+2) examination or an equivalent examination of any approved Board or University in any combination comprising Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/ Biology/Biotechnology.
They should complete the age of 17 years on or before the year of admission.
The admission to this programme will be based on merit or in the qualifying entrance test to be conducted by Adesh University provided the candidate is otherwise eligible for admission.
B.Sc Nursing:
Furthermore, the candidates belonging to SC/ST or other backward classes, the marks obtained in PCB taken together in qualifying examination be 40% in aggregate.
Candidates shall be medically fit for the persuasion of the course.
Students who have passed 10+2 examination in Science conducted by National Institute of Open School with 45% marks.
B.Sc(Post Basic) Nursing:
The student should pass in their Higher Secondary or Senior Secondary or Intermediate or 10+2 or an equivalent examination recognized by the university.
They must obtain a certificate in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) and registered as R.N.R.M. with the State Nurses Registration Council. A male nurse, trained before the implementation of the new integrated programme besides being registered as a nurse with State Nurses Registration Council, shall produce evidence of training approved by Indian Nursing Council for a similar duration instead of midwifery in any one of the following areas:
O.T. Techniques
Ophthalmic Nursing
Leprosy Nursing
TB Nursing
Psychiatric Nursing
Neurological and Neurosurgical Nursing
Community Health Nursing
Cancer Nursing
Orthopedic Nursing
Bachelor of Science Technology/ B.Sc in allied/ Other allied life Science:
Candidates who have passed 10+2 Med/ Non-Med or diploma in corresponding discipline from a recognized Board/University shall be eligible for admission.
The admission to the programme shall be on the basis of inter-se-merit of the percentage of marks scored by the candidates in the qualifying examination.
Under Graduate Diploma programmes
Candidates who have passed 10+2 in any stream from a recognized Board/University shall be eligible for admission.
They must have done 10+2 with Chemistry and Physics as compulsory subjects and Mathematics/Biology from a recognized University.
Post Graduate Diploma in MRI/ CT/ Blood Bank
The students who have done Bachelor of Science in Radio and Imaging Technology/ Medical Laboratory Technology from an approved Board/ University shall be eligible for admission.
Advanced Diploma programmes
The applicant who have passed 10+2 class in any stream from a recognized Board/University. Candidates who have a 1-year diploma in the corresponding discipline will be given lateral entry into the second year of the programme.
The applicant must have passed 10+2 examination from the recognized educational Board or any equivalent examination from a statutory University/Board recognized as equivalent thereto by Adesh University, Bathinda with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English and must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
In the case of candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes/Backward Class, the percentage of aggregate pass marks required would be 40%.
The admission shall be made on the basis of inter-se-merit of qualifying examination conducted by the Government of Punjab.
The candidates who are seeking admission for M.Lib.I.Sc has to be passed in their Bachelor in Library Sciences from a recognized University/ Institute.
The student seeking admission in B.Lib.I.Sc has to pass in their Graduation under any stream/ subjects from a recognized Institute/ University.
The candidate must have done graduation in any stream with a minimum of 40 % marks in aggregate (35% for SC) from a recognized University to get into Adesh University, Bathinda admission 2024
BDS/ MBBS
All of the candidates interested for the admission in the Post Graduate Medical/ Dental courses must possess a recognized MBBS/ BDS degree respectively or should possess an equivalent qualification and the candidate should possess a permanent registration with the medical council of India and dental council of India as per the requirement of the discipline or the registration can be from any state medical council or the candidate could obtain the registration confirmation within one month from the date of his admission.
The interested candidates must have completed one year's rotating internship after passing MBBS/ BDS Examination on or before the year of admission.
